We were traveling from Lubbock back to Roswell, NM when we had to stop due to car issues. The booking was fast and easy. When we got there we were frustrated but our attitude change when staff was friendly. The following day Becky from housekeeping went above and beyond by her friendliness and willingness to help. Front desk was also very kind and gave us waters when they saw us changing out our tire. Thank you all for making our night & day easier. Kindness goes a long way!

Above and Beyond is the tittle we are giving this location. Extremely clean room, clean parking lot, very friendly and helpful service. Quiet and safe. The complimentary breakfast was delicious everything was clean and organized. They had more items on the menu than the last 5 hotels we’ve been to driving from Hollywood CA including other Best Westerns. No bed bugs as we always check rooms everywhere we go. The hotel management let's families and kids that don't pay to stay there and are locals use and destroy the pool so that the paying customers aren't allowed to
use it. Ms. Manager lady laughed as she said the pool was closed and locked it up. The boy that broke it blamed his son on breaking the pool drain. The daytime shift manager that was a younger lady was good which is the only reason I give it a better review than what it deserves.

Only wish there was a sercurity camera on the side with the dirt lot since I had to park my motorhome there. (Peace of mind matter.)

After a LONG 14 hour day driving with a dog this place met all my needs. My dog was happy.
The beds are OK
The service was amazing, very nice and understandable. The lady let me park my penske and car hauler right infront of the door which was sweet. The morning staff was very friendly as well, and offered coffee when they printed up the receipt.
I recommend this place for military travelers with animals.

Enough parking for a truck and trailer, right next to a dollar general, room were clean nothing special but clean no smells or stains about standard, food was alright not special again about standard, staff seemed nice overall stay good

This was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had around this area! This is truly the best place to stay in town! I’m grateful for the staff and service they provided for me throughout my stay! Super friendly, very clean rooms! And super quiet! Definitely recommend!!

Desk clerks were nice, breakfast was good, but cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. When we entered our room the ac was not on and the temperature outside was near 90. The room was musty from being closed up. We brought a fan in from our car but the electrical outlet by the ac didn’t work. The refrigerator was not on or did not work. Then we noticed some dust or something on the bed. It wiped off, so we just moved on. We left the room to let the room cool down because it was too hot to stay in there. We rode around for about and upon returning, it still was not very cool. Upon returning there was a live spider on the bed, so I killed it. I went to the bathroom and there was some green growth on the mirror. I went to turn down the bed sheets and there was a stain on the sheet. I called the front desk and was told that she would get me another sheet and I could come to the front and get it. Since it was storming outside, I just went and got a blanket out of the car and wrapped in it and woke up ever few hours to make sure no critters was with me! It was disappointing because I could have stayed in a much cleaner hotel for the same price.

We stayed here the first night of our family's vacation after being on the road for 8+ hours. We were expecting a good night's sleep to prepare for the next 8 hour day on the road, but we were unable to sleep because of the high school students in the room next door and beyond. They were playing, running, yelling outside our door. We called the front desk to ask for assistance and it didn't improve. We called again and she didn't seem like she wanted to help because she "had to walk all the way over there everytime" we called. My husband finally opened the door and told them to move away from our door because we were trying to sleep and they were keeping our children awake. They moved, but we could still hear them, even with our white noise machine going. Later in the night, the smell of weed seemed to be coming through the adjoining door. We slept horribly and I am thankful God allowed us safe travels the next day despite our tiredness. When I checked out, I spoke with the front desk and told them I wanted a refund. There was a whole hotel, why did we have to be right next to the high school kids? Don't place a young family by them! She took my name and number down and said she would have the manager call me. I never received a call of course. Very unprofessional! Very dissatisfied with this location. We've stayed at other Best Westerns on this trip and they've been great overall.

I filled out the survey online and I got an email from the manager like a week later from our stay. Basically inviting us back to let them try again. Um. No thanks. Yea. Come spend more money here and maybe we can do better... No thanks.

We will be contacting corporate. And probably will never go through Brownfield again because of this experience.

Great hotel, plenty of ground floor rooms. Not a lot of food options near by but pizza hut next door makes for simple options. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
