I am from Michigan and when I come to town I usually stay with my mother but unfortunately she passed away and that is why I chose to stay at the hotel!! My check-in time was at 3:00 p.m. when I arrived the hotel was beautiful inside and outside.. the front desk clerk was nice and polite I took the elevator to the room once I walked in.. it was beautiful & clean!! It was extremely quiet in the hotel it felt like I was the only guest I did not hear children running up and down the hallway or the steps... I was there from Friday to Sunday, Saturday morning I went down to breakfast the cafeteria was clean the workers that was over the cafeteria was nice & polite , There were people in the cafeteria sitting down eating everything looked & tasted fresh.. they had a variety of breakfast my favorite is the biscuits. & gravy I took my breakfast to the room I enjoyed every Bite! ? I enjoyed my stay!

Very friendly and proficient staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options: scrambled eggs,pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, biscuits and more. Thankful for this wonderful place to stay in a very nice town. We plan to return often.

The place was very clean and well kept. The staff was courteous and polite. The area is perfect and close to all the restaurants and shops. Next time it will be a family vacation and close to Pensacola also. A must stay if you are in Brewton AL. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

This was pleasantly different from most BWs with a beautiful curved staircase in the lobby accented by a wrought iron rail, coffee available 24hrs and a brand new feel in the revitalized classic style building with a quaint courtyard, nice pool and othe amenities, I will consider this a destination hotel for my wife and I in the future, and Brewton is an amazing little place with famous (Camp 31 BBQ) and beautiful Christmas lights and decorations going on for several blocks during the season. This town is situated only one hour north of the Pensacola Naval Air Station which is home of the Blue Angels and Navy Flight Museum, a must see.

We were extremely tired from the stress of traveling I65 going south, and it was after 11 pm. We could not find a vacant room along our path, and after calling, we chose to come here. Kayla was so pleasant and helpful over the phone and once we arrived. We were hoping for a "clean enough" room. What a surprise! The hotel was lovely, inviting, and very clean. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious, and very clean. We had a restful night and enjoyed the fresh light breakfast offered. Thank you for being an oasis for us that night.

Facilty very well taken care of and great staff. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool but looked very clean and well maintained. We would use again. Also, try out Camp 31 restaurant in Brewton, Friday night buffet was excellent!. Very good!

Rooms are very clean. One issue is the location of the smoking area. If you have an interior room sometimes the AC unit pulls in the cigarette smell. Also I've inquired about the rewards program and signed up. I've stayed there on numerous occasions with a corporate card but for some reason I haven't received any rewards points. I should receive the points since I'm actually staying there not the person who books the room from corporate. Other than that it's a nice friendly staff. The breakfast can be hit or miss depending on what's being served.

Visiting the Brewton area for a grand daughter's birthday. Brewton Best Western staff is always friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable after a long day's ride. I would like to know where to get Egg bites those were tasty and interesting.
