I've been travelling cross country with my 88 year old mother in law who needs an accessible room. Of the past four hotels we have stayed in, this is by far the best room for our needs. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for my mother-in-law to be comfortable. And the price was great!!!

I stayed two nights to visit the Grand Canyon and the gentlemen in the evenings was so nice. Helped my sister print out some papers. Helped with some other favors as well. Always in a great mood. If I come back I’ll definitely revisit.

It was in a great location. Close to flagstaff but also on the way to the Grand Canyon.

Stayed here for abt 3weeks. The management,front desk help were very pleasant however the housekeeping refused to take my dirty towels and trash and when I did ask for my room to be cleaned they gave me such a hard time and told me to go the desk and when the 2 came in the room I only had a sheet and a comforter. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies ect. Sadly the housekeeping help is what is the issue which reflects their ratings 😕 i had no choice but to stay while relocating from Florida.

Called to make a reservation with the front desk (We had a near fatal car accident and were trapped in town for the night). We never finished the reservation, but I did provide my credit card before changing our minds. I woke up next day with a $130 charge to my account. The front desk worker with an accent literally rudely told me to "Get Lost" and hung up. Customer service wasn't able to help aside from giving me a review card for the employee. Had to get a refund through my bank.

Tired of near-fraudulent practices by these hotels and rude staff.

Rooms: NO closet. Zero. None. There was a wall 4-hook rack that had some hangers. Once clothes were hung, they were on top of the coffee maker. Very awkward.
Service/front desk was very attentive and prompt. The person ahead of me attempted to book a single room for 5 people (2 adult, 3 high school-aged kids) staff told him that was not permissible and attempted to work with him. Customer got angry. He wasn’t terribly rude but insisted that he was not at fault for not booking the proper accommodations.

Location: bring earplugs!! The freight train tracks are VERY CLOSE by and run about every 20 minutes ALL night long. Not the hotel fault but it is annoying.

Not terrible but well below what I expect out of a Best Western. Old hotel with a few fixes and updates done on it, not the most high end but that in and of itself was ok. Breakfast was unfortunate and why I'm giving only 3 stars. Eggs + sausage sitting in water. Counter dirty, hard to find a clean spot. Multiple items were out or down to 1 for a while before being refilled. High chair would have been nice. Once again not terrible but well below what I expect out of a Best Western.

Friendly staff. Hot breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Definitely cheaper than staying in Flagstaff. Only amenities outside the hotel are in a truck stop. We ate dinner in Flagstaff where there is much more variety.

Positive: The room was clean Negative: Our room was next to the breakfast area and we woke up every time someone slammed the warming dish top on the wall which our bed was on the other side. Walls are super thin and the AC made weird sounds randomly. The beds are hard. We didn?t sleep well.
