It is an older hotel but is being well maintained. Staff were all very courteous, price was very competitive, breakfast was the "standard" for free hotel food. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot coffee available 24/7 (decaf & regular). Bed was comfy and pillows were good. Covers were light so if you tend to like heavier blankets you may need to ask for extra. I didn't care for the "scent" in the hotel but it was not overwhelming and not due to sour carpet or any particular thing. Wasn't offensive or overwhelming and most people probably wouldn't even notice. It would not prohibit me from staying again, but if you are SUPER picky, you may not like it. I reported the side door was not locking and I hope management addresses that because it was my only concern while staying there. Parking lot was extremely well lit. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is dated but clean and fairly quiet. There is no elevator to reach the second floor which was a problem with our heavy bags. Breakfast was limited and not great but Charmel was very nice and attentive and did her best to make it acceptable.

Rooms was visibly dirty, especially the toilet. The room smelled|Slightly moldy, probably because the a/c is off throughout the hotel. The service at the front desk is great though! I would not stay here again. Its redeeming quality is the amount of food options nearby. The quality of the room explains why the parking lot was pretty empty.

The staff was really friendly and nice especially Mr. Vijay. The hotel room was nice and clean. Had one of the best sleep of my life. The air conditioning was perfect and the pillows were really fluffy. I’ll definitely go back and recommend to other people.

Charnel was very very welcoming and helpful. Nice to wake up to a smiling face! The waffles were very good. She engaged with our granddaughter and made her morning very pleasant! Charnel is one of auburn’s shining stars. Good stay at this hotel.

Charmel was super friendly and helpful. The biscuits and gravy were so good! Also a nice selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, and other things like oatmeal. My sons love the “make your own waffles” since you get to fill it up yourself and flip it over. Good stuff!

Chr kitchen staff was great. The food was good and there was very friendly staff. This hotel was simple and nice to stay at for the night. The room was nice and comfortable. Overall the place was nice and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Charmel was amazing! She was so kind and friendly and made our Mothers Day so special at breakfast. The kitchen was also super clean and inviting and everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the variety of options it had along with the happy face to greet us!
