I'm late in posting this review. I was traveling across the country with a moving van in May of 2024. I stopped at several different hotels on the trips back and forth. Usually, I just waited until I got tired on the road and picked hotels at random. I was very pleased with the service that I received at this location. The room was clean and well appointed. The front desk clerk even called the room to make sure everything was to my liking. The breakfast was fabulous. Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Even the baseboards were very clean. I love the decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Very pet friendly as well. Beds were comfortable which was a plus after a day of driving. Big plus is the delicious hot breakfast! I really couldn’t get over the cleanliness of the entire place. Highly recommend and will visit again on my drive back up to Alaska.

Check in was easy and the room itself was clean. The breakfast actually wasn't too bad. There were stairs out and under construction. The weird thing was the housekeeping. So check out is 11 am and I have the privacy please thing on my door. At 9:45 am today a guy knocked on my door and said he was housekeeping. I told him hey I have the privacy thing on my door. He asked me why I haven't left yet and I said "well check out is 11" I pointed at the privacy thing on my door. He then said " yes check out is at 11 and but I need to clean the room" said check out is at 11 and I pointed at the privacy thing again and closed the door. Honestly I found that interaction to be rude and weird. Young man with red hair and red beard fyi.

We stayed at the Best Western Arizonian Inn after visiting Petrified Forest National Park, and I would give it 4 stars. The hotel was a very good place to stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was the breakfast, which could use a bit more variety. While it was decent, it lacked some options that would make it feel more complete.

Overall, it’s a great choice for a stay in the area, especially if you’re looking for cleanliness and good service.

Positive: Very clean and they did a great job on the recent remodel. Negative: They are replacing the stairways and one of the stairways was completely removed and a wood pallet was place in the opening. This is a major hazard as someone could easily fall from the second-floor walkway. Also, no hot water in the shower.

Decent stay for the price. Good staff.
Breakfast was okay. Pancake machine went bad while we were using it on Day 1 and there were no replacement for the next day.
Rooms with king bed are all on the second floor and there aren't any elevators.

Charles, at the front desk, made sure we had a ground floor room as the stairs were an issue. The bed was comfy and the hotel was fairly quiet though a little busy. Breakfast was fine and they had good "add ons" for bowls of oatmeal. Only downside is you'd better be down for breakfast early as they lock the room at 9:00 am and basically kick you out which is unusual for a Best Western where breakfast room stays open all day even if they clear the food. I wanted an extra 20 minutes to finish my coffee and write a postcard, but I was asked to leave! And if you want dinner you are going to have to drive quite a few traffic lights down the road; looks like they had a Denny's next door, but it was out of business.

Very comfortable and super friendly staff. Clean room and great area for walking dogs. I’d recommend this is you are looking for safe stop on the interstate. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful made it a pleasant stop. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options and fresh
