The hotel is nice and the staff is great. However if you are sensitive to noise you should probably stay somewhere else. We stayed 5 nights and the constant noises kept us up the whole stay. There is always someone stomping around on the upper floors, loud TVs, equipment in the hallways, loud AC units, etc. This place must have paper thin walls and floors. It's the noisiest Best Western I have ever stayed in! It's more like a Motel 6 in that aspect. Definitely not worth the premium price!

Our party of four stayed here due to a wedding at a local venue. The staff were friendly, but also struggled to communicate between the morning and evening shift for an additional guest to be allowed to check-in. Ended up being a non-issue. We didn’t have much time to check out the room, but noticed an immediate stale cigarette smell in a non-smoking room. Additionally, there were stains on the ceiling above one of the beds. Finally, the additional door latch on one of the doors was not able to be locked. We got in the room extremely late and didn’t have the energy to bring the issue to attention of staff and change rooms. When brought to the attention of the staff the next day. We were offered a $25 reduction in rate. Tough to say the stay originally cost us $300 for one night - not worth it. We will not be staying here again.

This is a small Best Western with rooms in buildings unattached to lobby. No elevators, only stairs, so all luggage had to be carried up. There isn't 24/7 coffee. Lobby closes entirely at 11pm and does not reopen until 6:30am. Other Best Westerns we've stayed at have allowed us to grab a cold breakfast in the morning as we leave before the hot food is ready. No so at this one. Room was adequate but because of the aforementioned details, we will not stay there again.

Traveling for the holidays we made the biggest mistake to pick this hotel! The bathrooms were dirty there was poop all over the toilet it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, so they changed us to the next room from that one after complaining, it was so dusty I couldn’t stop sneezing all night. The mini refrigerator wouldn’t stop making noise all night and on top of that the mattress are so old it hurt our backs! My body woke up in pain!! If passing by or traveling to the lake I wouldn’t recommend to stay here definitely not worth it.

Great hotel in Apache Junction. Clean, good internet, safe, quiet, pleasant staff and close to stores/restaurants. I am an AZ resident and sister was visiting from NY for our nephew's destination wedding. Everything in room worked well and was extremely comfortable. There is self serve breakfast every morning with an awesome variety of food. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in area.

Not great. The guy at the front desk at 1am was really cool but otherwise, the lights in the room kept coming on randomly in the middle of the night and the housekeepers were yelling down the hallway from about 7am on. Made it pretty hard to get some decent sleep.

Great hotel, good location, easy parking and secure. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Room was a nice size, clean and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again. Hotel was close to food, gas and Starbucks and staff helped to get us on the Apache trail.

The location was perfect for my visit. The staff were phenomenal and the rooms were spotless clean. The beds weren’t as comfortable as other Best Western's but not bad either. They had the perfect breakfast a little bit of everything.
