Do not stay here they have a bed bug infestation and a massive mice problem I had to throw away pretty much our whole life after staying at this place I don't care if the owner wants to reply to my comment I said what I said and that's final. no mini fridge,no microwave,no beds in the room completely bare no care for human life what do ever at this establishment and it's sad because so many families have gone thru there looking for a break just to wake up in a nightmare.

Oh boy. I had to move suddenly due to a roommate situation and this was all I could find. I’m going to post the pics and the owner expects $650 for this … I may pay $200 for this but no more. Awful location and floods. Several electrical and plumbing code violations. I went four days without my shower working because the owner couldn’t care less. I seriously can’t stress this enough, don’t live here. Also there’s no doubt my trailer was in a fire even though the slumlord told me that all the black soot was from a tenant that used kerosene… and the owner is level 10 rude and predatory.. sent me a text that read “I know how to handle you if you don’t behave “ lol good times AND THE REPLY BELOW IS COMPLETELY MADE UP LOL I in no way just “showed up” and I wasn’t “found” anywhere bc THE OWNER ACCEPTED MY RENT AND DEPOSIT FROM CHEROKEE NATION so that speaks for itself. As for my not paying rent my first full month here, I told him until my trailer was level and fixed he’d get nothing from me. lol @ me being “found in a trailer “ 😂

For some reason I lived out here for a couple of years, the first place I rented was the porch (the back of the first trailer) because he gave away the camper that I put money down on. Then that roof leaked so bad, that the owner refused to fix, knowing I had a baby at this time. Then he put me in the worst camper out there about 6 months later, after I had to constantly complain to him to get him to fix the roof. The camper was in the back lot where the owner didn't mow and it flooded terribly in the back part of the rv lots. The last place I rented before I found my much better trailer for cheaper the bathroom wall fell off and he told the manager to give is shower board to replace the wall. We had to fix all outlets in the trailer because he refused to fix that also. When I moved out, the power had been shut off by the electric company and everyone was told in order for him to get it all turned back on he had to fix every camper. Every outlet. Everything had to be up to code in order for the electric to be turned back on in his name. Now he is making others turn power on in their name. The drugs are horrible out there. Another camper that I lived in had no back window in the bedroom (thankfully my baby was in the kitchen/ livingroom in the winter) I had to call the local sheriff depends to see if they could point me in the right direction to get help getting another heater in the winter so that way my family was warm. We took him to court about the roaches and everything we had lost and had a ziplock baggie with cockroaches on duct tape and the judge said that was on us when it wasn't.

Update: this place was horrible. The owner wasn't concerned about the drug use on his property, at all. I would not stay here if someone paid me a million dollars! When we first got there, we were supposed to go into a camper but it wasn't ready so the owner put us in a room in the motel! I gotta say I am a lot happier and feel safer in the motel! The manager is great! All in all, a pretty good MOTEL but I would be careful of the RV park!

Due to family emergency, made another trip to Spiro, Oklahoma. I read the other reviews and understand compared to a big city, people expect a certain amount of hotel amenities. However, this is a small town, it is a motel, and not on the same scale as a hotel. It is not a chain hotel and the expenses are handled by an individual owner and they do a good job. The town is very small, if you are looking for food, I chose to shop at the local IGA and made my own meals for a healthier option. The Victory Worship Center was a great place for those who are from out of area and want to attend church. I was thankful for this motel as I needed a private, clean place to sleep and one that gave ability to shower and refresh myself as my family did not have the room or ability to offer these to me. Linda, the manager, of the hotel was friendly, responded to issue with unit 6 heater not working so they switched me to unit 5 which was clean and adequate for my stay. I will post pix to help other travellers see the accommodations which speak for themself. They provide an ample of amount of towels and have a full size coffee pot so I could enjoy my own brand of coffee and have my own filters. Television reception was good if you want to watch it. There was a recliner chair in both rooms I was in. The carpet would be hard to keep clean as Oklahoma has a lot of rain and wet conditions where travellers track in. It didn't look any different than one's home would in this town.

Periodically I travel to Spiro, Oklahoma to see my sister. Since they live in a mobile home and cannot accomodate many guests, it was gratifying to see that this motel was built in close proximity. To add to this convenience, I found my room to be relatively new, clean, comfortable, quiet, and met my need for rest. The other great benefit is that they have a storm shelter close to the rooms. This also gave me comfort due to all the storm warnings the night I stayed there. They were very accomodating and allowed me to have my small French BullDog which it is posted "no pets". They were very flexible about my check out. It was well worth the price.

We recently spent several days there, the staff was helpful and friendly. We did complain about poor heating in our room, they provided another room with excellent heat. We needed a chair, they brought one to our room. As best I can remember, those were our only two complaints for the duration of the stay . That is until we had to leave a day early and could not have a refund for a day we had paid for in advance. Seemed unfair.

It's not a motel anymore they turned it into small apartments. The RV area has travel trailers that people live in and that rent out for people to live in but most are very run down. For example I know someone who got I believe one of the oldest ones there and it had no lock on the door and the roof leaked. There was nails sticking up out of the floor.
