We've been to bed and breakfasts throughout the north Georgia mountains, many times over the 30+ years we've lived in Georgia and had always wanted to give this one a try since there's a winery attached to the property that the gracious hosts, Debi and Brent also own. We had been to Cairn View Winery several times and always wanted to give the bed and breakfast a try. They had a night available and we thought why not. So we booked it. There are only 6 rooms in the bed and breakfast, and we love that size of operation because you really do get a personal touch. Getting text messages and emails before our arrival to ensure we knew how to get there was a nice gesture. Each room is uniquely decorated by Debi. We stayed in the Farmhouse Suite. It had a beautiful, zero threshold, walk-in shower, a living room, and a king-sized bed. It was also conveniently located next to the breakfast room. Zoe, the vineyard dog, greeted us upon our arrival, and we were soon ready to enjoy the property. The winery was a couple hundred yards away, so we walked over there and enjoyed some drinks and a nice charcuterie board. Soon after, the live music started, and it was so relaxing to know that our room for the night was a short walk back. We woke up to an amazing breakfast that Debi and Brent prepared and served. Definitely a night to remember, and we'll absolutely be back for a return visit -- the winery was great and the bed and breakfast was top notch. Glad they are only 40 minutes away and in the middle of the mountains. A nice escape from Atlanta craziness.

We spent 4 nights at Bent Tree Lodge and enjoyed every minute there. The rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated so wonderfully with a theme. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast every day with something new each morning. The host and hostess, Debi and Brent were so friendly and kind to us. Their own special blends of coffee greeted us each morning and the coffee/ snack bar near our room was wonderful! We will be back! We loved the beautiful great room, dining facilities, and especially the covered back porch with mountain views. Just a stunning place!

I had a wonderful birthday weekend at Bent Tree Lodge with friends and will definitely be doing it again! The service was top notch, and the owner, Debi, super accommodating and responsive. Mary hosted us all weekend and she is a gem! We loved interacting with her and she took great care of us. Breakfast was delicious the entire weekend. We sat by a fire every night we were there. Also love the winery which we frequent! Don’t miss it if you stay here.

We had the best time at Bent Tree Lodge and Cairn Winery! We celebrated our 6th year wedding anniversary here and were met with such beautiful hospitality by Debi and Brent! We had the most delicious steak dinner and breakfast made by Debi! The room/entire b&b was clean, cozy, and peaceful. We spent time at the winery in the evening sitting around the fire enjoying wonderful wine and company. The property itself if beautiful…views of Mount Oglethorpe and the peaceful countryside. It was just the respite we needed! Thank you so much, Debi and Brent!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Bent Tree. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and we were not disappointed! We were greeted with such hospitality. We stayed in the Gibbs Garden room and our package included chocolate covered strawberries, a charcuterie board, flowers and sparkling wine. The strawberries were my favorite! This room is over the Cairn Winery and gives you access to the loft over the winery. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom is huge! Even with guests enjoying wine and music, our room was a peaceful retreat. Breakfast was delicious every day! Debi and Brent created an atmosphere that is so inviting. Fabulous food, conversation, helpful tips for the area and overall, just a pleasant stay. The wine at Cairn is delicious too!

I had an amazing weekend stay. Debi and Brent were incredible hosts, always ensuring that everything was perfect. Our room was clean and well-equipped with snacks and drinks. The beds were really comfortable too. The property itself is beautiful and very peaceful. I enjoyed some delicious wines, and the dinner they prepared for us was incredible. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

My sister had a small intimate (approximately 30 guest) wedding and reception at the vineyard. It was stunning and the staff, Johnny and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure her day was perfect. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming with several indoor and outdoor seating areas.
