We wanted to top off our Propane Tank in the RV for our next trip. A place in the main drag in town wanted an $18.50 minimum charge! Not being one to give a way money I looked and found the other place for RV PROPANE in town!
It was the Benson KOA Campground.
4+ minutes later we were there.
A VERY CLEAN SEATER CAMPGROUND!
They not only filled my propane tank on my RV but answered all my questions and showed me how they do it!
I went inside to pay my very reasonable bill and noticed how clean, modern and nice the Office & Store was too!
Very nice Staff and a nice place to camp for a night, week or even monthly - close to the highway and all Benson has to offer. Benson is a good base to do all your day trips from. Kartchner Caverns and Tombstone to just get started! Thank you KOA we WILL be BACK!

This is a very nice place to stay. The hosts, Chip and Roxanne are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. Whether you need to pull off the 10 for an overnight rest or want to stay and tour sights, this place is great. They even hosted a Thanksgiving dinner potluck dinner with an invite to all that was nice. I will stay again when travels bring me this way.

We were looking for somewhere to stay after being at Tombstone and found the Benson KOA. Was clean, bathrooms were warm (which was great due to the cold spell). Staff was helpful and very friendly. Used the washing machines and dryer. Clean bathhouse and warm shower.

first off this place is awesome!!!! i would give it a 10 star. cleanest restrooms of all places we’ve camped. camp hosts, mike and his wife sandra and their staff are super accomodating and friendly. they are really fixing this KOA up and putting some money into it. The new pool was under construction, but who swims in the winter, was not an issue for us. its the perfect stop for us on our journey south from omaha! we will stop again for sure.

This is a fantastic little KOA in the desert. They still have some renovations going on but the employees here make it worthy of the 5 star review. Convenient to places like Tombstone and Bisbee we recommend this stop. We are a full time RV family with 2 kiddos and they were more than accommodating.

This koa is special. They were about to close, due to tremendous amount of work needing to be done. The managers took over in May, and are in the process of renovations. Bathrooms redone, patio, community room. Pool closed, but being rebuilt. They are so proud of what they have done so far. Definitely coming back next year to see the finished product. We'll worth coming, and everyone should also.

This is an incredible campground. Increasingly, it is hard to find campgrounds that truly cater to both RVs and tents. They are doing so much work on this campground, they’ve cleaned it up a lot from previous years and have more plans to clean it up. this kind of amazes me because it is already one of the cleanest and most generously organized campgrounds that I have stayed at in almost a year of tent camping across the United States. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great KOA location with very friendly staff. Michael and his wife are doing a great job managing this location. I came into the camp grounds with a nail in my tire and Michael and his staff insisted on taking care of it for me. They patched my tire up and saved me time and energy to go enjoy the evening with my wife. That is amazing customer service right there! Their location is a little bit further away from the freeway, which makes for a very peaceful and quiet stay, but still a convenient location. The grounds and facilities are well maintained as well. Come check them out and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
