This is a great quiet place to rest your head if you're traveling and a safe place to hunker down if you need a bit of time the owners have great pricing for weekly rates under $300 and the establishment is kept clean daily by housekeeping never had a problem with one unsavory character hanging around or a loud neighbor Stayed a week myself and very well may return

Everyone this place also cons you out of money. I told the lady that that lives here AKA the manager that we need another night so we paid for another night. She waits until we leave to go do our running around. Puts a lock on our door and charges 50.00 for cleaning because she saw me smoking by the door didn't bother to tell me before i paid that she was going to charge 50.00 or a 100.00 deposit to check the room before we leave nothing and had the nerve to lock our stuff up in a room that we were no aware about the smoking. We had to pay it because what was in the room was worth more. i wanted a refund she refused to give me a refund. I said okay then we need a smoking room. These rooms all look like smoking rooms because they smell like smoke and dirty and noticed roaches. I personally should charge her a to pay someone to come to my house to clean there mess that they did if these if they come home with you. NO longer a customer because of their poor service.

The place is trash. Rooms are out of date and roach infested. I had issue with my TV not working and the worthless manager kept telling me we will take care of it in the morning. Don't bring your business here period.

I enjoyed my time at the Bel-Air Motel because the room was clean and large and there was a variety of channels to watch on the TV. Nothing fancy. Just a simple motel. However, the wifi didn't work well for me and the bed was just a full size bed. I also wasn't fond of the price. She told me $50 on the phone, I don't know why, but I just assumed that was with taxes included already because there's no way a motel like this was more than that. Well, I was wrong and the total ended up being $67.

Stayed there twice. First time wasn't that bad. Paid an additional 7 dollars for a king size bed. Very basic and dated room. Can't complain too much though.

The second time I decided I didn't need a huge bed, so they put me in the back building. Very small room, and I had to fight the cockroaches just so I could go to the bathroom.

Maybe it's just the back building, but it's definitely an infestation. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Was the most awful experience I have ever had. Just want to forget it. Nightmare time. Would not recommend them to anyone. Roaches, stolen money from my purse, filthy room. I do have pictures. Charging extra for the microwave that is dirty and outdated and the small dirty fridge. Nasty ugly bathroom and toilet. Stained sheets. Just say no and save yourself.

I had traveled all weekend between Dallas,TX, Tulsa OK., and Texarkana AR. I stayed here twice in 7 days. The room was very clean and very quiet. I stayed on a Friday night and a Tuesday night exhausted from traveling. I saw all the bad reviews and and to make mind. The motel was nothing like the previous reviews. Maybe I got lucky, but I was very satisfied for what I wanted and expected. Peace and quiet to rest.
