This it our third trip to this hotel, having stayed here in July and October in 2024. We've enjoyed our visits, but this time we stayed on the 4th floor at the very end of the row, away from the elevator. The noise level was louder than normal, even at 2 am, as the walls are quite thin. As seniors, we don't have issues with noise normally, but having dealt with this concern previously, hotel staff was not forthcoming in dealing with making people be a little quieter in those early morning hours. ||The non-smoking room itself was nice from before, with a large bathroom and shower. However, on this occasion, the water flow was horrible, as we were on the highest floor. Regarding the toilet, you had to hold the handle down to flush, and that was unacceptable for a $160/night price point. The flow from the sink was just as bad this time around.||If you request a view of the bay/ocean, the price is higher. We had a non-view out to the parking lot with some hilly backgrounds. Fridge, microwave, and their version of a Keurig machine were functional; however, the fridge was not cold enough this time around. The king-size bed was comfy, and we traveled with our own pillows. Roll out desk, and chair with hammock was great to have for use with our electronic devices.||What is interesting is that their Wi-Fi is unsecured, and it was not mentioned at check-in. We used our own modem, and visitors need to be prepared to use a hotspot or something else for internet privacy. We provided this feedback after our October 2024 visit.||We will stay here again later in the year, but request a lower floor, and also with hopes that there is a better working plumbing and refrigeration.

Bear River Casino Resort turned out to be a fantastic stay for our vacation. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property were impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

One of the biggest highlights was the food—absolutely amazing! Every meal was a hit, and the quality far exceeded typical casino resort dining. While I’m not much of a gambler, the resort served as a perfect home base to venture out and discover the surrounding area.

Overall, Bear River Casino Resort delivers a top-notch experience, whether you’re there for gaming or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the region. I definitely recommend it!

The ac had a musky old sock smell. Glad it wasn’t too hot
Called the front and was told no other rooms available.
Casino staff are nice but didn’t really mind for the somewhat racist comment from one of the staff members…. Something in the terms of the dollar to Asian currency rate must be good for you? It’s been awhile since I’ve heard something like that.. oh wells. Please send out a PR memo… no racism comments

Let’s start with the good - they have 2 complimentary ev charging stations outside the hotel parking garage which is super convenient for overnight stays. The customer services we’ve encountered in the restaurant, eatery and check in were great. People are so nice and friendly. They gave us $7 per person per night stay for breakfast. They have really good cookies. Freshly baked every day. Also, their casino is mostly smoke free which is amazing as I have asthma. ||The not so good - we checked in and came into our room. There’s an odor. It smells like wet dog. They came and cleaned again but the odor was even worse after. Not sure if their cleaning supplies need to be replaced or what but I’m pretty sure they use the same for pet allowed rooms as other non-pet rooms because I have allergies to pet dander that triggers my asthma. And I ended up using soap and towel and wiped down the floors which turn the white towel black in the bathroom and the smell subsided until they came back on the third day to do their required cleaning and the smell was back. There’s stairway smelled cleaner than the room. As we were getting ready to check out of our room, my husband was going around to make sure we didn’t leave anything. He checked behind the chair (which we didn’t when we stayed in the room) and he found a bunch of garbage behind the chair that did not belong to us. ||I’m not sure we will be staying here again because we had a hard time sleeping due to the odor and my asthma discomfort.

Booked a suite but not understanding the difference from a standard room.. room was clean though. Wish the bathroom door had more privacy. Dinner was decent. Couldn't sleep due to people hanging out in the hallways until 1am. Entertainment center (arcade) across the street was a huge bonus.

They have gaps when you close the doors that allow people to look straight into your room. The sound and light that comes in through those huge gaps are troubling. Service desk as well as the local shop on the corner are employed with self entitled people that are beyond rude after the morning shift is gone. Horrible customer service that tends to make any bad situation worse consistently.

I would save my money and go elsewhere.
They also charged my card 40 bucks for "Tip" at the restaurant...tips should be earned and not self given.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and friendly. The food is good and the gaming floor is mostly non-smoking which is a nice change from other casinos. Early morning is my favorite time to play slots and I always leave a winner!

We got a deal here for $99 a night. Totally worth it! We will be back. Love the idea of a breakfast voucher, we were able to get a much better breakfast than at other hotels. The family fun center is nearby and wonderful, prices are fair, I'm very happy
