Don’t stay in unit 322!!!!! We had an awful plumbing disaster, and all the property manager was concerned about was paying the plumber overtime…..she offered to put us somewhere else, but that would have meant packing, unpacking, and packing again in less than a week….we were there January and February, opted to just leave early. No reimbursement for our time, and the manager ignored my message to her. We’ve been going to Tybee for 15 years and this was an awful experience.

DON'T!!!!
Do not under any circumstances rent unit 321....we were there for January and February 2025, our 15th year on Tybee Island, and decided to upgrade our stay to an oceanfront unit....the rental agent was difficult to reach, even though we had rented through her before, and we were very willing to send our deposit to the owner well ahead of time. The price was high, but we were willing to pay it to be on the beach (I have since learned that for off season and long term we ended up paying around $1500 more than we should have). All that being said, in mid-February our kitchen sink backed up, as well as the dishwasher. I notified the manager at once, after my husband tried to solve the problem by resetting the garbage disposal (he's a retired contractor), and she did send a plumber right away. No luck...he returned the next day, said he had located the clog in the unit below us, and said we were good to go. We weren't. I again texted the manager, who said that she wouldn't pay "overtime" for the plumber and railed about the cost of the repair. She offered to move us to another building for the time we had left....by that time I was done. It would have meant packing up, unpacking again, and at our stage of life it was far more than we were willing to do. We left early, after a stint with paper plates, washing pots and pans in the bathroom, which had been slow to drain from the get-go, and a promise from the manager for a small reimbursement for the time we couldn't be there. The stench was almost unbearable, and we endured days of black standing water in the kitchen sink and leaking under the sink. I messaged the manager a week ago, and she has ignored me. I have no choice but to post this review in the hopes that the owner acts appropriately. (By the way, the unit was less than spotless, when we arrived, including a dead palmetto bug in the dust behind the living room credenza.....and there was no vacuum cleaner or mop for me to use...not at all the "luxury accommodations" I had willingly paid for).)

The location is perfect. Beach was pretty empty this time of year, the way I like it! Buildings are bit run down for the price.

Well designed Beach Front Resort. Professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable personnel. The Deck restaurant has very good food and is next to the TWO beachside pools. Condos are on one floor. Pets are allowed. Elevators are also plentiful. I have rented here with my family and friends several times always with happy memories. Gold medal reward.

It's a lovely place situated right on the beach halfway down Butler Ave on Tybee Island. Even with all the local restaurants, you really don't have to leave the resort, because there's a bar/restaurant right beside the pool. We had a corner condo in the Ocean Song building overlooking the pool and beach. It's not cheap, but worth every penny!

This is an older resort, but it is well maintained, and clean. The pool area is very nice, it’s quiet and has great beach access. There is also an insight restaurant which is convenient. They have several elevators, valet carts and customer service is good too. Each unit is a little different, so ask for photos. The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and maintained. Great family place to stay as well. Some things in the room need a little updating but overall it is still a great space. The 2nd bedroom in our unit was really dark and some might like that. Mirrors could help the second room along with some better lighting. Overall we would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! We stayed at The Gardens, and it was amazing. Super clean and new, very comfortable. Short walks to the pools and beach. Great bathrooms, beds, and showers. The best part was our private patio with a hot tub. We spent every evening out there after the baby went to sleep. Check in and communication with Tybee Beach rentals was also amazing!Highly recommend!

All in all, the vacation stay was a good experience. The pools were very nice and the beach access was awesome!

The restaurant was a bit pricey in comparison to the quality of food and drink, but that is to be expected for a tourist location.

Our condo was well kept and clean, so, no complaints there.

It was about a 30 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, and some shopping from the condo, and there was plenty to do for the family.

The lighthouse was interesting g to see, and I was able to get a few drone shots!
