This place is fabulous! Our room was and lovely. Very beach like feel! Our view was gorgeous. We had a room on the end with a full view of the water and sunset. It was very clean and spacious. The front desk attendant was so sweet! We forgot our hairbrush and she volunteered to go buy us one!! Terrific place!

Absolutely disgusting motel. There were stains on the sheets, a cockroach in our sink, bugs smashed on the ceiling, and mold all in the shower. Had to stay one night there and we cancelled the second night because I was absolutely disgusted. We slept on top of the bed with a towel because I was so grossed out. I raised concerns to the manager and they said they would refund me. Never received a refund for our stay and wouldn’t answer after I tried contacting again. Location is the only positive, as it is right on the beach. That being said, the water was black, so I wouldn’t go in. Pictures below to show how absolutely disgusting the room was. Should be shut down for health violations.

This is an awesome motel with a cool retro vibe! The staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, the room was very clean, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. The red light was a fun bonus. 😉 We loved having access to the beach. It felt like we were at the ocean! We will definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay here this past wknd. My roon was lovely and the proximity to the beach was outstanding! The staff here was wonderful, im looking forward to my next visit.

Although we are disappointed about our check in experience, the room itself is just fine. Thankful to be on the first floor, as there is no elevator. Although the pictures and descriptions on their website gave me a totally different impression of the property, we are making do, and we enjoy being right on the beach. The restaurant next door is very nice and their food is delicious!

It was okay. The room could've been much cleaner...there were several dead mosquitoes on the windowsill, food left in freezer from last guest, as well as coffee in the filter. We had 2 beds; one was very comfortable and the other was not. The location is excellent!

My husband & I stayed for our anniversary weekend and took a trip to put-in-bay. The jet express dock is walking distance . Location is perfect, check in & reservations were easy and convenient. Upon opening our door we immediately noticed how CLEAN the room was. We both are a little picky when it comes to cleaning standards of a place we’re going to sleep at. The real star of the show was the view while enjoying our morning coffee. An affordable clean hotel on a private beach with a beautiful view , we will definitely be returning . We didn’t have much interaction with staff , as our needs had already been met .
