The beach front access is amazing. I loved the balcony and our huge room. It could have been cleaner, a lot. Breakfast was just ok. Again, the location was amazing and the surrounding areas. Our ocean view was so awesome! I didn't have a paragraph or so to write about so here is my 200 characters you needed just to submit this bothersome survey that no one reads anyways.

I stayed in the tower on the south end of the complex, and the location was fantastic—secluded enough to feel private, safe, and peaceful while still offering easy access to the city. My unit had an incredible view of the beach, where I could hear the waves crashing gently against the shore. The scattered beachfront driftwood added a unique, almost artistic touch to the scenery, making it even more captivating.

The workout facility was impressive—spacious and well-equipped. While I didn’t have breakfast, the dining area was large, and it seemed to offer an extensive selection of options. There were plenty of tea and coffee choices, along with fresh fruit, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.

The entire property was beautifully maintained, and my room was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Above all, the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to engage, making the experience even more enjoyable. This place was truly a gem!

Room was very clean and bed and pillows were pretty comfy. The view from balcony was gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with lots of hot and cold options. We were able to charge our EV while we enjoyed the beach.

It cost us approximately $327.00 to stay one night in a starkly furnished, small room with a broken screen door. We had one, quiet, clean little dog with us and so we were only allowed to stay in a very bare room on the first floor. The rooms advertised on the hotel website were nothing like the pet room we were forced to stay in. We drove a long distance to stay here for a special occasion and left after only one night. We have paid similar amounts in the past to stay in other hotels that were lovely and no different than the advertised room meant to promote reservations.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was huge, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect—breathtaking view of the ocean. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was my first time staying here and I was in town for business. I was given a third floor King room that had a magnificent view of the ocean. I sat for over an hour on the little balcony just listening to the ocean and looking at the stars. The bed was comfortable. They do have a pool and hot tub but I chose not to use them. There was easy convenient access to a relatively private beach covered with beautiful driftwood, really neat rocks and of course sand. I am definitely going to bring my family back here for a weekend stay. My kids would love the little beach and it was so convenient that we could play all day without having to worry about where to take our kids to the bathroom. I wish I could give six stars for this little hidden oasis.

The hotel currently has three strong positives: its friendly staff, excellent location, and the cleanliness of its rooms.||||However, several significant issues would prevent me from returning. Most notably, I did not feel safe. The condition of the door lock for Room 330 was severely compromised and in urgent need of repair. It appeared to have been damaged long ago and subsequently repaired by unqualified personnel with little regard for security. I documented the issue with photographs and brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, hoping it would be addressed immediately.||||Beyond safety concerns, the hotel is long overdue for a comprehensive renovation—at least a decade or more. The entire property feels outdated and cheaply constructed, with plastic doors, worn-out furniture, rotting exterior boards, and uninspired wall art that bears no connection to the local area. The included breakfast was equally disappointing, offering bland, low-quality items that seemed sourced from a budget hotel supplier rather than reflecting the region’s culinary offerings. At a rate exceeding $250 per night—midweek in the off-season—this level of quality is unacceptable. A curated selection of local coffee and pastries could greatly improve the experience and demonstrate some investment in hospitality.||||The dining area, unfortunately, had all the charm of a 1970s hospital food court—dim, lifeless, and uninviting. This lack of warmth and attention to detail extends throughout the property, suggesting a long-standing neglect of necessary upgrades. While the hotel boasts a dedicated and professional staff and is set in a stunning location, ownership appears to have abandoned efforts to modernize the experience to meet contemporary expectations. Bringing in a design team and making a substantial investment in the property would help restore its lost charm and potential.||||At present, the hotel is coasting on its breathtaking surroundings, while the overall guest experience falls far short of its price point. While I appreciated the high-quality shower amenities and the welcoming staff, they were not enough to offset the thin towels, dated and inexpensive furnishings, theft-proof hangers, and uninspired décor.||||Most importantly, guest safety should be the highest priority. The careless repair of the door lock served as a metaphor for the entire stay—an experience defined by neglect and missed opportunities.

When we arrived Thursday, March 20th it was late, about 8:15pm. We were all tired and just wanted to get into the room. Check in was simple and fast. We made it to our room and everything appeared clean and in place. I took a shower before bed and hung my robe on the hanger in the bathroom so that I could get it when I was done. When I got out of the shower I noticed an ant was crawling on it. I wiped it off and we all went to bed. Woke up the next morning and I noticed a few more ants around the room. Some in the bathroom, a couple on the nightstand and one in our bed. We killed them all and left the room to go outside and enjoy our time. When we came back we noticed that there were a few more ants, but not enough that we couldn't handle killing ourselves. By the morning of checkout, however our room was invaded. They were all over the desk, crawling out of the outlets, all over the bathroom walls and there were plenty on the nightstand. There was a decent amount more on the bed. Thank goodness we were checking out because there was no way I was staying another night. When we went to the front desk I told the staff about it and her response surprised me. She said "Oh no, you too?" Which to me, tells me other people complained and we weren't the only ones affected by this. There was no talk of compensation for the inconvenience or even saying that they would speak to the manager about any compensation, just and "I'm sorry". We've stayed here before so I knew we would be getting an email the following day asking about our stay and like clockwork it arrived. I explained what had happened in the review. I also mentioned that I know not every experience at a hotel can be magical but what separates the good hotels from the bad ones is how they handle themselves when a compromising situation comes up. I expected to get an email from the manager following up with us like we have received in the past and I haven't received anything. I waited over a week and nothing has been received. So here I am talking about my experience about our most recent stay. I normally love this place and have, for the most part, have had wonderful experiences here. I am very disappointed with how they handle negative experiences.
