Rude, does not consider Emotional Support Registered pets, which is completely illegal..and their phone attitude is beyond repair...does even deserve 1 star!!! 👎👎👎

Looked at a room here for a friend, the office lady is really nice, they don't want trash people in here. She was adamant of how strict they are. The property is really safe and the grounds looks really nice, well upkeep of the outside of property. The rooms are really outdated with 70 style furniture in them, prices seem a lil high for what you get.

I stayed here for about 3 months. Had no where to go. This place should be inspected by the city. Its furnished and bed bugs don't mind sharing space with you. The mold is ok once you get used to the smell. I hope you enjoy well water and the smell heavy lead

Cabins could seriously use some scrubbing bubbles and UPDATING! Fresh paint could make a huge difference! If the owners read this...get at me - I promise I could make your cabins look like a million bucks on a low budget... I'd be happy to help! They do have potential...

You pay way to much every month for a place that is falling apart. It's only a one bed room with no kitchen and will cost $1100. If you have anything that goes wrong it will take days before they fix anything. It will be better just to get a apartment

There is no lease agreement for this place. I decided to stay in a hotel for a couple of days so i packed up clothes and toiletries. I get a call from the owner telling me that i need to turn my key in because I abandoned the property. I planned on moving out due to the roaches and loud neighbors anyways. This is not a good place to live and needs to be shut down.

This is amazing. This gentleman is awesome! These paintings he has done are phenomenal! He has another silo in Monet, Mo. and many others around that area on buildings. These are amazing.

Price is great place is like home the land lord will work with you on anything she even let us put in a doggie door so are dog can lay in the sun because we work 10hr. Days
