Clean room was kept specially for us due to friend’s need for accessible room! Prompt, friendly attention for a plumbing problem by Jesus and personal help with friend’s phone by Jessica. Zeke arrived first thing in AM to fix plumbing and discovered another problem, also promptly fixed. Friendly kitchen staff for breakfast, in particular extra help on 2-10-24 but unfortunately I did not get her name. Please look her up for extra thanks. Rooms are not fancy but beds are comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here this week. That should say something. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is great. Jesus, a team member who helped me 2 of the 3 days, I stayed, was VERY respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called because I was going to have late check ins the 2 days he was there and assured everything was good and they'll be waiting for me to show up. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Baymont was a good experience. It was definitely a no frills hotel, but we found they placed a lot of importance on some of the really important things, For one thing, all of the employees were so personable and helpful. The wonderful evening desk lady ( I forget her name, sorry), was able to handle any concerns we had with a really positive attitude. | Our shuttle driver/ morning desk person, Angela took such pride in her job at Baymont and made taking the 4:00 am shuttle more bearable.| Our room was clean and orderly every day. Great housekeeping staff.|The environment was very quiet and relaxing. Their pillows were the best ever!!| My only criticism was the free breakfast, but only because I don't eat carbs nor pre-made formed eggs. Not much else to eat there. Also, they need to put non slip bathmats in their shower. The floor is quite slippery when wet|| Considering the convenience of being so close to the airport and Tucson attractions, and the most reasonable price on the block, it's a pretty good deal.

Great stay at the Baymont! Ben and Jessica greeted me warmly. Ben arrived quickly at the airport to pick me up and was really helpful. Thanks guys! Oh and the room was clean and perfectly relaxing after a long day of travel.

This is a regular airport hotel. Very close to Tucson airport, if you need it. Still very quiet. Rooms are pretty nice, although I would suggest a little more cleaning, especially in the bathroom area. They serve really good selection for breakfast. The staff is nice and try to accommodate customers wishes whenever possible. Good parking lot.

I found the room clean, quiet and safe. The airport shuttle driver, Jessica, provided me with a bagel at 0500 because I would have missed the regular breakfast start at 0600.| Jesus, at the front desk, was friendly and even helped me with a dead wristwatch battery issue! Unexpectedly good service. I will return here next time I need good lodging near Tucson Airport.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, coffee, always available. Convenient location. The host was good about changing my room when I desired a higher floor and they consistently checked in with me to see if I needed anything. Great experience at this hotel.

Beware... They offer money back for 5 star reviews. This was not a good place to stay. So many things were broken and gross. The elevator was broken and we were put on the 3rd floor. Pool was closed for maintenance for foreseeable future. The heat/cooling screamed if you turned it on. Room was cold and no comforter. Outlets by bed were not even plugged into anything so didn't work. Other ones were so old nothing stayed in them. Chair was ripped, there was old food on the phone. So not good.
