They never fail to make my stay pleasurable. They always welcome my service dog. The staff does what they can to make us feel welcome. We stay here every visit. It's a quite place in the middle of town. The rooms are great shape and the restrooms are nice and clean.

Positive: Best part of my stay was when I left. Negative: Room was in awful condition and I was charged twice for my stay. Took three weeks to get my refund after talking to the owner multiple times.

These folks are great. I am in town frequently and this my go to when in town. Check in is usually a breeze and when it's backed up you are acknowledged as you wait. Breakfast is waiting for you, warm. Overall enjoy my stay here.

update: update: Nick, thank you for your response, and I really hope TU sees this as well. (well, they will because I am going to send it to them.) Although I did not want to say much, I do patronize this establishment because my son was placed there because I paid room and board through TU. If pressure washing wasn’t needed, why did my son and others receive an email stating that pressure washing would take place? (I will attach the pictures when he moved in. I'm just talking about the exterior. I do have videos to of the exterior. ) It's fine if that what you want to respond to opposed to the building overall looking ran down and others saying they saw bugs specially roaches. You responded to the wrong person being rude whereas I was just being truthful, as I am aware of what has been happening at this location over the past few months.

Regarding your comment about "dirty customers," I would never consider booking with you or any of your locations, I don't do 2-stars hotels. Because of this, not only myself, but many parents were unhappy with TU's decision to place their students at your hotel. I sincerely hope they continue to voice their concerns and eventually terminate their contract with your establishment and will not revisit the partnership, especially after this response! Which I have documented and will forward to them. Again, I initially tried to keep my comments general, but now I am more than willing to go into detail.

Original: Dirty, ran down and needs a good pressure wash to the exterior. I didn't stay here but visited there.

I work in hospitality and I am not used to 2 teir hotel service. The room was spacious and clean, the property was clean and quiet. The service was good I am just used to a little more from front desk, didn't ask to verify my license with my card, I had a pet with me and they didn't have me sign a pet policy. There was hardly anything for breakfast. No meat just bread and waffles. Juice machine out of order. Overall nice and pleasant stay. Beds were very comfy and the sheets were clean upon checking in.
