The lady that checked us in was a gem! She also serviced the breakfast area she was very attentive to everything and very helpful.... Hope she gets a raise! Working overnight when we checked in working days 2 days later must be hard! She's the goat. Wish I got her name!

So the room was actually clean. The people were nice but the day of my check out I left a make up bag with make up that was probably over $150 and I called to ask if they found it and they said that they didn’t find it and I left it right in the bathroom on the sink and she said nobody turned it in so I’m assuming it got stolen by a housekeeper which is ridiculous because it’s big enough that you can see the size of a suitcase almost so we won’t be going back there because yes, it was my fault that I left it but to not turn it in if you find it that’s shitty

The room was AWFUL. Do not stay here!! Coffee stains on the walls, smelled like weed, and drool spots on the sheets and pillow cases. Customer service is awful. Started a case file and then they told me I need to talk to the manager directly. The manager is on vacation for a MONTH. I have called three times and told he/she would get back to me. Finally I was told today he is gone for a month. Who runs a business and has no manager for a month!

Stayed here for one night and it was great very clean. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was perfect! Have no complaints whatsoever

Pool was freezing. We got the room so my best friend could watch our kids while we attended a wedding the pool was the main reason for the stay and they hardly used it because it was to cold. Room was clean though. Bath tub could use updated. Not sure what's going on there.

If you value your money stay as far away from this place. We were charged not only the check in which was for 4 days. That was fine. It was paid on the day we checked in. Then the next day they just walked in on us in bed. And charged us another 208.00 3x. And called me after check out to say that we left a balance of 208.00.

Positive: The price was very reasonable and had a decent hot breakfast. Negative: The swimming pool was closed for repairs which was not stated on the website. It said there was a pool so I went there expecting to use the pool but it was closed.

It was clean. I didn't like that too service only came one time but it was clean and quite got the most part. I would stay again forsure.
