This place is basic and definitely not worth the price. It looks tired and dated from the minute you walk in. There is a fish tank with no fish! The carpet in the “lobby” is worn and faded. The front desk staff was pleasant. They gave us a room on the second floor then directed us to the stairs. No elevator! This was not mentioned on their website or on Hotels.com. We then requested a first floor room. None available. So my husband with stage IV cancer and I in my walking boot lugged our bags up the stairs. No offer to help from any of the three people at the desk. The room was tiny and dingy. Same worn carpet with visibly worn surfaces on all of the Formica surfaces. The chairs at the table had stains on them. The bathroom was a box, but it was clean. The toilet ran on and off our entire stay. The free breakfast of egg disks, runny oatmeal, stale bagels and biscuits, (no meat) and pre-packaged muffins was a joke. I saw no fruit either morning we were there. We had to get new key cards several times because they wouldn’t work on the outside door closest to our room or on our room door. Of course this meant multiple trips up and down the stairs. For $250+ per night I felt robbed. The area is very nice which is why I didn’t give one star.

Great choice. Attractions are about 25 min to the right and fast food and groceries are to the left. Walmart across the street. The "suite" room is huge and has hot tub in your room. Full bathroom has shower and tub. Has INDOOR balcony that over looks the large indoor pool. Front desk was great. And super friendly.. The pricing was so great for our stay.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Woke up bug bites!!! Stinks of mildew & mold. Something all over the lamp shade. Mini fridge was broken. Screen looked like it had been pried open. The fan turned on & off all night waking us up constantly. The manger would not give us our money back so we paid for 2 different hotels for the 2nd night. The only positive here is its location. For $249 a night, we expected something better than this. We stayed at a GREAT hotel our 2nd night in the area for the same price! Do not check in here because once you do, you will not receive a refund even if you refuse to stay based on these conditions. We saw other guests turn right around after looking at their room! If you have asthma or other respiratory issues, this place will really bother your breathing! The smell is a mix of mold & old, stale cigarette smoke! Did I mention BUG BITES?!? Just disgusting!!

This is a good hotel for the price. Great location. Great pool. Good room (old, but clean and comfortable). Okay breakfast (not a ton of options but there was cereal, bagels, hot eggs and sausage, coffee, and juice). People working were very nice. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cheaper option in the area.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but dated. The beds are comfortable enough to not completely destroy my lower back. The only thing I would like to see change would be the breakfast they serve. There are more things to serve than Hockey puck eggs and sausage pattys.

It was a decent place for the money. The room was clean, a bit outdated, and needed some TLC.

The mattress was okay but not excellent.

The location is right off the main road, just down the street from Walmart and several restaurants.

manager was sleeping when i tried to check out, mold in rooms but they wouldn’t switch my room, water was insanely dirty i didn’t even want to get in and alll the staff are horrible. most amenities you will not get. bed was soo stiff i ended up sleeping on blankets on the floor. no refund when i tried to go to different hotel

Very friendly staff had room 234 nice clean comfort the jetted tub was great. Breakfast was good. A great 2 night stay while visiting the parks in the area.
