Advertised photos are very outdated. Accommodations appeared dirty and unkept. Bedding was wrinkled and old looking. Mattress had stains throughout. TV remote was generic and didn't function properly with television. Shower curtains were very worn and old. Perhaps a nice hotel back in its early years of construction but not so much as of present. It felt so unclean that I slept in my clothes and am glad I only booked one night. The only thing I can say that was positive is the staff at the check-in counter was very friendly and professional.

Very clean rooms and breakfast area. Front desk staff friendly and a safe place with restaurants around. Bed slept great and will stay again when back in town for work.

Everything was perfect great customer service and room as extra clean I love it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast that set the tone for the day ahead. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Everyone was nice I had no problem. But I forgot to let them know that someone was smoking on my floor 😭. Other than that my stay was great.

I enjoyed the king suite, the room was a nice size, clean, and cozy. I have never had any problems while staying here. The cost is reasonable and the deposit is not high. The room was split with a livingroom area. I didn't get a chance to go to breakfast.

Great location but rooms smell and ceiling peeling. It says A NO SMOKING FACILITY but as soon as I get off the elevator (and this was approximately 3:30pm) on the 3rd floor that’s all you smell. During the night I could smell cigarette smoke as if it was coming through the vents.

Oh and there was open bottled water in the frig and pieces of food items so you know it was not cleaned. Hair was in the shower THANK GOD I ALWAYS PACK MY OWN TOWELS)

There was fussing and fighting ALL night long and finally I called downstairs for them to check and all she said was “awww okay” and “I will go check” like ma’am your sign says QUIET HOURS and it’s 4am. I had the biggest headache and she acted like she didn’t care. When I opened the door there were other people in the hall trying to figure out what was going on.

When I checked out I mentioned everything above and nothing was noted to the first shirt receptionists from the night auditor. The first shift receptionists also acted like he didn’t care and didn’t even apologize.

It seems like a family owned business and I will not be staying here again.

Rust and the didn't turn my bed over during my 3 day stay not once. Also, super noisy and smell of weed. The windows seemed as though anyone could get inside and they didn't have a protective screen!! Please take note and fix the recommended issues.

This was in a perfect location. The hotel staff was so kind and amazing. I only had a few gripes with my room. I had a toddler with me and she wasn’t able to take a bath due to not having a tub stopper. The chair for the desk is old and worn. We had a few stink bugs in the room and a cracked window that kept letting a draft in no matter how high the heat was up.
