Pool closed, hot tub closed, one elevator rickety and jolting, the other non-functional, towels small and harsh, toilets too small to actually use, needed an extra day and they doubled the price on me. Flannagan's is closed, domino's doesn't deliver there. Oh and the a/c unit was very old and hard to use.

But the beds were mediocre... only thing I liked

Disgusting, nothing was clean , shower kept backing up, losing water pressure turns ice cold. Sheets were worn and filthy. Room smelled of cigarettes, but they must have known by putting in overwhelming airfreshners. Blower dryer was broken, light bulbs out. Phone sounded like was off hook all night with a aweful beeping noise. (I ripped it out of wall) . Hairs everywhere! Moldy fridge! Can hear your neighbors if talking in room, or in their bathroom. Thank God it was only one night, will never stay again!

I would not recommend staying here at all.

The lobby and elevators smelled like drugs.

The rooms were not clean. The walls and ceiling had vent dust all over them.

The bathroom is even worse. The sink was from the 1950s and the faucet handles were loose. We felt like someone could see us thru the whole in the lighting.

Housekeeping staff were in plain street clothes at 6pm in the room next to us. And they wreaked of marijuana. Doubt if they were cleaning.

We didn't stay at all. We walked into the room.. gave it a look and hauled ass before the bugs came.

As we were leaving, we saw this curious stain outside another guest room

GROSS!!!!! 😐 NEVER AGAIN.

We did find a good clean room at the Comfort Inn. Not by any standards a 5 star. But at least there weren't any murder scenes.

Also, we were told that the Baymont was known for drug activity. If that's your thing... Have fun.

Stayed here for a week on work travel. Was too late to change hotels. I would’ve if I could’ve. All in all this Place is run down and trying to service people while they need to close up and renovate.

Pros: Brand new King sized bed & housekeeping staff works hard all day. Room was very clean minus the bathroom.

Cons: Hotel hasn’t been renovated since early 2000s. Mold in bathrooms. My microwave was older than me. HVAC unit very old. Restaurant hours & “hot breakfast” are false advertisement. TV has like half of a cable package. Hot tub still under construction. You aren’t missing anything with the restaurant not being open (trust me). (In my opinion. Go see for yourself).

Won’t be back again under any circumstance.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I called two weeks prior to our stay and made sure the shuttle,pool, hot tub were still up and running and they assured me yes….. well not one was available. Continental breakfast was a joke. I originally booked from Friday to Monday. Saturday we went out for the whole day they couldn’t even clean our room and no towels… we ended up leaving Sunday, it was so awful. Also did not feel safe there. People harassing me and making inappropriate comments. Definitely would stay far away from this place. 0 stars

Positive: Not one thing was good about this hotel. Negative: It was scary. We had to park in the back and it was real dark. Hot tub had caution tape around it. Almost got stuck in the elevator and most of the people we ran into seemed like permanent residents. We could hear the guests in the next room. Never again.

Checked in 2/27. None of the pictures represented the actual facility, grounds or room. People screaming in building, Flanagans isnt opened, checked out within an hour of checking in same day based on overall safety concerns. Never have I stayed at a Wyndham site that was in such disrepair. Hole in the tub, and faucet in bathroom with major stains and major wear and tear that is simply not representing the photo ahopped pictures. Sorry Wyndham, your name is not being represented well with this property.

Positive: The front desk clerk Negative: There was a weird smell everywhere. The hearing unit in the room groaned all night I got no sleep. The ice machine was broken and there were holes in the ceiling as was the entire soda machine was empty. The hot tub and pool were also in disrepair. I
