I made a last minute booking and honestly It was a pleasure staying here, I’m so glad I stayed. It was reasonably priced for all the amenities. It’s Clean and comfortable. Beds are clean, neat and comfortable, the room had a microwave and mini fridge, there was hot water and the lights in the bathroom were awesome. They gave samples of soap shampoo and body wash. And towels were sufficient. I would stay at the hotel again. I recommend if you’re in the area to stay here.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. My room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped – everything I needed was right there.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a true delight – a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent amenities, like a pool and relaxation area, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I will definitely return on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended!

Never again. My girlfriend booked online coming from AZ to Colorado. She typed 3 amenity’s in the search criteria. 1 being pet friendly. We did reservation 30 minutes prior to arrival. When we arrived noticed a sign on check in desk said no pets. We asked for refund. Keep in mind we just did reservation 30 minutes ago. Guy at desk with personality of a pet rock said it’s 90$ cancellation fee. So my dog had to sleep inside my truck in cold. We Wrapped him in blankets and I went outside to start the heater every 2 hours and check on him.
On top of that in the tub when I looked in it had a large black pubic hair the maid didn’t get and the towels that are stacked over the top of the toilet had a long black hair dangling off them I saw while I was using the toilet. They don’t clean very well for sure. 🤮. The sink faucet was lose and top of sliding curtains were broke and wouldn’t move. The maintenance on the room was much to be desired.

The room is clean and the view is beautiful. The room was serviced during my extended stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Great location near nice restaurants and shopping. Nice outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Flagstaff

You get what you pay for. Our room smelled horribly like cigarettes and mildew, even though this is a smoke-free property. The windows are not sealed correctly, so condensation built up and left the windowsill soaking wet. The bathtub faucet leaked a steady stream the whole time, and the bath towels smelled musty. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty low quality, but, again, you get what you pay for, and, hey, there was food available for the price. It's a convenient location, and if it's all you can afford, then it's a decent option, but it's motel quality.

This particular Baymont inn by Wyndham should be an embarrassment for the owner and manager. Our small room smelled musty - probably from the mold on the bathroom wall. The two full size beds were crammed almost together;the refrigerator/microwave cabinet wasn’t connected to anything and wobbled; and the bathroom was ridiculously small. The breakfast room was like a crowded bus with everyone pushing to get to the waffle maker or watery eggs. All this for over $200 per night At least the staff was.trying to manage - that’s why I gave it a second star.

Positive: I can not say enough good things about this motel. This has been the best hotel we have stayed at for quite sometime. Thank you so much for the choice you made for us. It was better than better! Negative: Yes! I did not like having to leave so soon. It really was great!
