While the location is good, the rooms were extremely outdated. The bed was high, as in it came up to my upper stomach, and I am 5'2". The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom had cracks, mounds of dust in the vents, rust, and an unclean toliet. The provided Dove products and coffee in the room. The air condition went through extremes as well, keeping the room either icy cold or leaving it warm, even with the constant fan on. The room door did not feel very secure. There is a doggy daycare next door. In the morning, the puppies are loud, so do not expect to sleep in.

HORRIBLE ~ AVOID ~ Rm 106 Bathroom Rust, Shower w/ Broken Fixture, Faucet Dripped. Vanity Sink Clogged. Outlets not working. No Wifi Access. Direct TV/TV Not Working. Phone didn't work. Breakfast was stale muffins and disgusting eggs and sausage. Brought to attention of Desk, Five (5) times on Night of Arrival (07/17/24). Returned from outing, NOTHING DONE to Remedy. Notified Desk Four (4) times. Had No Choice but to extend due to Military Mandate. Demanded different room. Room 137 ~ Next to Stairwell used as Smoking Area. Smoke into Room. Both Beds were hard, uneven and felt like metal grate. Shower drips. Lights Don't Work. This Place is a Nightmare. Desk informed me, on morning of 19th, they are aware of WiFi blockages, yet I was given one by Desk who disavowed knowledge. 8th Time to Columbus. 1st Time at this Dump. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I am leaving this review on EVERY Social Media site if I don't hear from management by COB 07/22/2024

The room we initially received was not ready the second room the shower head had mold. At this point we had already switched hotels and it was late. We got another room the next day but requested to return to the original room bc it was better and mire comfortable. They did have maintenance change the shower head upon request. A little more dealing with management and maintenance that anyone would like to on a trip. Royal the manager on duty was very helpful and did they best she could with what she had. She was professional and considerate I appreciated how she handled the matter. The hotel isn't the worst definitely has potential needs some touch ups and ventilation to prevent mold and it would be a pleasant place to stay.

Stay was terrible- staff was not helpful. We were there 3 days , never seen housekeeping, unable to get any clean towels. The “ permanent “ residents that apparently live there, kept their doors open, camped out at the pool all day, hallways smelled like urine, parking lot was dirty.

We have stayed here before in April. Parking lot was dirty and very trashed out. Inspected room before unloading luggage. TV did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Bugs crawling on vanity. Smelled. Decided to ask for another room. Key wouldn’t open that door. Bad feeling on the whole deal. Asked for a refund and went down the road.

Positive: Location Negative: Poor customer service. No trashed was picked up for all the days we were there. No housekeeping for all the days we.were.there even though I requested for it for all the days we were there.Also, front staff missing during check out. Gone for a smoke.

The staff was really nice as far as the housekeeping but the front desk on Saturday and Sunday were rude. I requested ahead of time before check in to stay near the pool and it was green and closed the entire time. I left to get Lysol immediately and scented candles because the room was disgusting. Do not recommend!!

Positive: Most of the staff were friendly Negative: Was dirty, I stayed for five nights and not once during my stay was the room ever serviced. Then they kept my deposit because they said the room was dirty.
