The girl at night is lazy and unprofessional, so many times I’ve had problems with her but this one is wild. At 5am, a normal time to need to use the restroom, I go to ask for a plunger. She first lies and says they don’t have one, I’ve stayed here for months now i know they do. She then tells me she can’t give it to me. So I have to leave my room get into my car and drive to a nasty gas station to be able to use the restroom. Horrible overnight service since she was hired. Other than that this place is great. Every other worker is fine. She needs a class or some training. Ridiculous…

Comfortable bed. Bright open rooms with all you need. Fast Internet. And the staff is incredible and quick to help you without a doubt this is the best motel in Anderson easily the best. Awesome experience and stay w Baymont inn in Anderson sc on interstate Blvd. Thanks again.

Positive: "" Negative: Both ice machines in the hotel property were not functioning, which would be an even worse situation in the summer months. The furniture in the room was an odd collection of different styles and bizzare colors. The room walls were bright blue color.

This week was such a blessing for us! My husband is handicapped and requires power for his machines. I had booked one night with them to charge his machines but our power ended up being out a total of ten days. They allowed me to extend our stay as.long as we needed. The room was clean, cool, we had power what more could we ask for? We had stayed here many times in emergency situations at our home and have always been taken care of. It's always quiet, it's a great location, they serve excellent breakfast every morning. The staff is fantastic, always willing to help! Thank you all for being so kind!

The toilet was plugged when we got there. The shower was dirty. The sheets were dirty. There was smashed bugs above the microwave. The heater didn't work. When we got there we had to have it fixed .It was nasty and loud.
When we approach the front desk we were told that we needed to plunge our own toilets and wipe down the walls And we had to wash the tub out ourselves.
I called to Wyndham to make a complaint and they told me that they would get back to me within a week.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The inside of the toilet didn't look like it'd been cleaned in a while. There was black marks from the water. The tub did not drain very well. In the middle of the night the bathroom in the room above started leaking into the room I was in. Hotel maid gives you no privacy at all. Even if you do have the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. She still tried to open my door and come in without being told to. I find that kind of alarming since I was in the shower and having a complete stranger try to enter my room. You have people knocking on your door before 10:00 a.m. asking if they can come in to clean when checkout is 11:00. It was not only the hotel made that was disturbing my room before 10:00. A.m.. also the manager maybe owner did the same thing. Not sure what that guy's title was. All I know is I open my door at 9:45 saying what's the problem. His reply" check out at 11:00"

The hotel room was dirty and not properly cleaned. The walls, doors, and bathroom could have easily wiped down but they were not and had dirt, grime, and other markings. The AC did not work properly on night one and no one thought to make sure it worked the next day, so upon our return late the AC did not work. Very disappointing and will not be back.
