This experience surprised me! The room was clean, had hard wood floors, and the bed was comfortable af! They also served a continental breakfast that looked pretty good. My initial reaction when I pulled up was "get me to a Hilton or Marriott immediately" because I can't do motels, especially with the outdoor rooms. But once I walked in, my mood immediately changed. I didn't pay for the room, so I can't discuss price value, but as far as cleanliness and comfortability goes... A+

The lady at the check in was very nice. The first room we got smelled like something had died in it and sat for 3 weeks. We asked to move and the second room smelled of urine. The floors were visibly dirty. Looked like something sticky had dripped on them and never been cleaned up. There was what looked like feces smears on the bathroom wall and shower curtain.

Room was clean it appeared but we did have an encounter with 1 roach. Did not see another but the doors do open from outside. Not a hotel I would have chosen because of noise and hang arounds.

DONT STAY THERE! That MOTEL is extremely filthy. I found many bugs in including spiders and coach roaches daily in my room. Also, the security of the room was bad. I felt like at any moment someone could just bust down the door with ease. The room smelled like a basement on top of that. I would rather sleep in a car in the desert then stay at that place ever again. GROSS

I stayed in room 113 and the people upstairs was trying to come thru the ceiling. I hit on the ceiling letting them know that they were keeping me from getting some sleep. All they did was get louder. I will not never stay there again.

Antoine Front desk attendant was fabulous! We spoke to him on the phone prior to arrival he was very courteous and helpful with booking our room. The room was perfect it was clean and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend the hotel.

I evacuated coastal Florida during Hurricane Helene to Baymont in Albany. Difficult time, my dogs and I were anxious/nervous. The staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nice, the area for my doggos to walk was easily accessible and quite large. They made a very difficult experience much easier for us. I will go there, again. I highly recommend.
