Sauce was amazing! Brisket burnt ends were even better, fatty parts melt in your mouth like brisket should. The brisket plate was amazing too, with an amazing sauce that was different from the burnt ends adding a whole nother level of flavor. Mac & Cheese flavor was on point but could have been creamier, still very good. Baked beans on the side were the most underwhelming, flavor was good but beans seemed overcooked. Overall, an awesome meal I would come back for!

Only 3 on food as it's not as yummy as it used to be when we started going there in mid 2000's after living there 2 years then visiting often. I've always gotten the pulled pork sandwich, but this time, it had no coleslaw on it, which really adds to it. The sandwich used to come with 2 sides, now only 1 if I remember correctly. Sadly, I don't think we will go there again now.

We really enjoyed our meal here - we had brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. The coleslaw was delicious. The beer selection could be improved, especially for a bbq joint, and the potatoes (both mashed and loaded) could have been elevated for the price. But overall really good!

Always have to stop at Baldy's when visiting Bend. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! I recommend the brisket (wet) so flavorful and tender. We went at 6pm on Saturday and we were sat right away. Many people came in to pick up to go orders. It is definitely the place to get BBQ!

This was the first time in this location in Bend Oregon and I have to say the food was just as good if not better than the other location in Bend The only thing I didn't like about this location was the size of the restaurant was pretty small. There was a nice young man working by himself he did an excellent job and definitely deserves a raise. I only gave three stars on atmosphere as really there is none at this location.

We had the extravaganza for 3 adults and a 7 year old. Plenty of food and took home leftovers. The meat fell off the bones of the ribs and was delicious, pulled pork was nice and juicy , brisket was really good, didn't eat to much of the chicken because I was stuffed we also had the burnt ends for an appetizer and that was so good.

The sauce is legendary! Ordered the brisket and a half rack of ribs, it was amazing. Sides are great and filling. Shared a regular Cesar salad, this was the most underwhelming item we ordered.

Not bad for a quick bbq. Tight turn into the parking lot. Food was a little dry but nicely smoked. The sauce sweet with a cats meow option with a little bite.
