As gas station coffee places go, this place was amazing! Both our lattes and bagel sandwiches were truly excellent. If I lived in the area I would be here often! Check them out!

Stale ass donuts. The place is known for their donuts and 1 they were nearly sold out and what they had was stale as crap. I brought them a half dozen home and they were pretty bad. Truth be told we threw out half of them as they inedible. Too bad, this used to be the place to go in NE CT cause Dunkin sucked. Sad Dunkin is currently better and I hate even saying that.

We love all the bakers dozen’s however we try to avoid the moosup one. We love the coffee, food, and service however no matter when we go there for food it tastes good but it’s COLD. I just paid $24 for three cold sandwiches. I hope someone can figure out to make the food hotter. Service is always friendly!!!

I love the baker’s dozen in general, and often stop at one for a coffee and bagel on my way to work, but I am consistently disappointed when I order at this location. Four times in recent memory they’ve given me something other than what I actually ordered. Today I recieved a hot chocolate when I had ordered a hot coffee with milk only. I asked for a hot coffee with milk only, was asked if I wanted any cream or sugar, clarified again that I wanted a coffee with only milk, and was given a hot chocolate.

You would think they'd have good donuts based on the reviews and that they're supposedly fresh being a small local spot but at 745am they're practically stale. The worst donuts I've ever had, ordered a dozen and there wasn't any that were enjoyable. I never thought dunkin would have better donuts than a small local place.

The coffee was like thin grey dishwater. I took one sip and gave it back. I told them politely that it was awful and I did not ask for my money back. The three different sandwiches that we purchased were good. They were three people on duty, one on the window, one on the register, and one making the sandwiches. We waited 7 minutes for our food.
