Update: the owner was very apologetic and refunded me the entire amount and offered to make the food himself. Very respectful man thank you Jaime for reaching out.
Went to this place yesterday and when my family and I got home to eat the hotdog bread had mold on it at first I thought it was just charred but I looked deeper at my daughters bread and there was black and green spots IN the bread this was our first time here and I didn’t know the shrimp tacos are so spicy I returned both they gave me a refund which is cool but they didn’t seem concerned at all. I thought I’d be fine since I didn’t even eat the hotdog but my daughter and I have been throwing up the following day with a stomach bug. It won’t let me upload the video of the moldy bread but here’s a photo. I honestly won’t be back bc of this. And mind you I spent almost $80 on all the food I’d expect it to be a great experience.

You have to check out Baja Tacos.. Carne asada tacos are so delicious and flavorful. The corn tortilla does not disappoint.. They catered to our workplace and man... It hit the spot.. Customer service was outstanding 5 stars !!!! Audrey was very helpful to answer any of our questions about the menu..I highly recommend this business. Clean and professional service..... Looking forward to trying them out again.

The tacos here are amazing. The staff was equally amazing. In fact, the staff seemed genuinely happy to have me there and treated me like a king. They were so helpful and nice. The tacos were prepared perfectly. And they were done quickly. It's a taco truck with outside seating with shade which was nice. I highly recommend and will go back here often for sure. Thanks!

We were told we had to go to this Taco Truck and finally made it happen this afternoon. Everything was great, we greeted and told about the menu has first timers. We got a pastor taco and a chicken burrito. It was by far the best Mexican food I have had. The freshness of the ingredients and overall taste. The sauces were such a great compliment to the food- the secret sauce was a must on all of it!
Taj came over to ask why we didn’t want to try the shrimp taco, what they are known for, we aren’t really seafood lovers, she had one made for us and quickly realized we will need to order those the next time to we go. As well as try something else. Our goal is try the whole menu, as we doubt we will be disappointed in anything.

Nice place, very well kept especially for a sit outside type of setting. The person who took our order was fantastic and helped me make a choice. The taco and drink was a little under 7$ and id come again in a heartbeat for any meal.

10 out of 10. Seriously. I had 1 shrimp taco, 1 specialty shrimp and one cabeza. None of them disappointed me. The shrimp was tender and we'll seasoned, the cabeza was juicy and not too greasy. Their hot sauce was 🔥🔥🔥🔥, plus they have a couple other sauces that were on point. It's always the street vendors and hole in the walls that are the best and Baja Tacos did not disappoint. Sorry I didn't take photos, I couldn't wait to get the food in my belly.

I have been here a number of times. Their food is always delicious. Tonight I got the speciality asada, Al pastor and shrimp. Crunchy, great flavor, a great amount of onions and cilantro too. The shrimp specialty was my favorite. A must try spot!

A few months ago we were looking for some more authentic style street tacos, and based on reviews we decided to give Baja a try— and they hit every mark of what we were wanting! The meat is fantastic and flavorful, the food is fresh & authentic, reasonably priced, and pretty dang decent portions!

The carne tacos are tasty, but the shrimp tacos are 1,000% where it’s at! The shrimp is so insanely good, and the tortilla has a perfect crunch to it. We’ve ate here about 6 times over the last 2 months, because we can’t help but crave them! They’re SOOOO good. Their sauces are great too; the red has a good kick, green has good flavor, and the chipotle is a must to put on every meat they offer— it’s that good. I will say the pastor is a bit sweet for our liking, but still not terrible, and if you’re a pastor fan, I’m sure you’ll like it!

P.S the carne tacos don’t come with cabbage on them. You have to order that if you like it, like we do!
