This was our first time at Bahia Bowls, and we had such a great experience! The staff member who helped us was amazing. She was so friendly and kind, even while we were in a bit of a rush. We used a “Buy One Get One Free” coupon, and she made the whole process super easy. She prepared our bowls quickly but still took the time to make them look amazing. She was also incredibly helpful, giving us her opinion on her favorite flavors and even offering a sample to help us decide. We’ll definitely be back! Great service and delicious bowls!

So I went to Bahia Bowls today because I thought that it would be a good healthy option as the brand advertises. The bowl itself was a little bit icy, but from what I understand, açai bowls are supposed to be thick and creamy not overly icy. However, it was very good. The employee was very sweet and nice, although when we walked up, the sign said they were closed. The main problem that I have, is that these bowls are not healthy for you AT ALL. In addition, they are 10.95 for a regular size! I feel bad for all of the women especially, that probably eat these thinking that they are healthy. In reality they are a carb bomb and loaded with a ton of sugar. 85g of carbs and 48 of those are sugar! This is dessert, not a healthy quick option for lunch. I attached the nutrition facts.

Good healthy ish food, good service, good prices, and good sales on combos! 4 trips, none were busy. Seems to be a tad healthier than the other nearby smoothie places in Green which is also good!

Maybe implement hair nets or hair has to be pulled back. Love your protein balls picked some up this week only to find a hair in them. I know accidents happen but this was the second time it’s happened the first time was a long hair in my açaí bowl.

Slowest service I have experienced in a very long time. I came in and there was ONE person working. Unfortunately, I don’t think this employee had an ounce of urgency as I watched her make and package a wrap for almost 10 minutes. I ordered one item and it has taken over 25 minutes to receive it…and counting. There is one other group in front of me…..I actually am writing this review as I am STILL waiting on my food. So, I did not rate the food because… I haven’t received it yet. I feel like I am first hand witnessing the sloth scene in zootopia.

Food’s great. 25 minutes for 2 bowls and a smoothie is inexcusable. Especially at these prices.

I came in today around 11:30am. There was only one girl working, at peak lunch hour time. She was making other customers orders but it was taking a really long time for each one. Me & another customer waited in line to order, and neither of us even had a chance to order. The customer in front of me walked out before ordering, and I walked out 5-10 minutes later because service was so slow. I’d rather go to a sit-down restaurant if I’m going to wait this long, especially considering this is for a smoothie or açaí bowl. My review is not based on the food because I couldn’t even try it.

This was my first time here, but I’ve been so excited to try it. But the slow service, especially with only one employee at lunch hour, was really unfortunate. It seems like this happened a few days ago too based on another review, and you lost atleast two paying customers today. I hope things can be figured out soon behind-the-scenes because this place has potential to do well in this area.
