Food is good, not great. Service is really slow and not worth the wait. Prepare to wait 15 minutes for bagels to be toasted and prepared.

Management is terrible. He refused to honor a punch card because it was “too old”. However, there is no expiration date anywhere on the card. The guy would rather lose my business forever than honor a free sandwich on a $35 order.

Will never come back here. If you come here, don’t count on their “loyalty” program to be honored.

I have been ordering a half dozen bagels at this location every other week for the last 5 years or so. I love their bagels, but my recent experiences ordering online and working with their extremely rude and disrespectful staff have put a huge damper on my weekend tradition. Today I ordered a half dozen bagels and 2 cream cheeses online via their mobile ordering and when I opened the bag at home, 5 of the 7 bagels I asked for were incorrect. I completely understand that some times they run out of certain bagels and need to replace them, but the bagels they replaced today were not bagels my family would even eat. I returned to the location and explained my issue and the worker was so incredibly rude and yelled at me saying they were out of the bagels and to just deal with it. He did eventually agree to replace one of the bagels with an everything and a French toast which I appreciated, but when I got home, he didn’t even give me the everything bagel so one of my family members had nothing to eat. I can’t believe any establishment would be so rude and disrespectful when I have visited and spent lots of money for years. So disappointed and sad to have to find a new bagel place.

Bagels were definitely not good. Not enough meat or eggs even and bagels were also very thin. It did also taste old. See pictures for yourself!

Worst customer service ever. Went in yesterday. They had no bagels. I do understand it does get busy. They took my name and number and said they woukd put the aside for me today. I had already paid for them yesterday. I go in today they never put my bagels aside. They never even left the note for this morning shift that they took yesterday with all my info. The guy was so rude. As he thought she was an inconvenience to him. He was shaking his head and being so dam rude. He threw a bag at us for our juices. If u know u r gonna busy u should always plan ahead. He got upset that we placed another order. Told us they didn't have a certain cream cheese but they did. I have been in customer service since I am 14 years old. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business like this. I literally had to leave my friend in there to finish things cause I had to go outside before I went off on the guy. This wasn't our fault at all but he took it out on us as if it was. If he had a bad day cause it was busy or something else still shouldn't have been taken out on us.

First time trying the food here and the lox bagel on jalepeno cheddar bagel was delicious. It was super soft and not hard or overly chewy! I also tried a bear claw pastry which was pretty good. Definitely recommend for bagels!

Went in for a pickup order after I haven’t visited in years, and wow, it was just like I remembered it and even better. I got a plain hot latte with whole milk, a croissant sandwich for my partner, and a bagel sandwich for me. All absolutely delicious, but I have to highlight that the latte had to be one of the best tasting coffees I’ve had locally in a long, long time. Better than some of the coffees I’ve had from the swanky places in NYC.

Bagel Nosh has an outstanding selection of regular and gluten-free bagels. The freshness of their offerings and the wide variety available make it a top choice for bagel lovers. We also loved the white mocha frappe!!

This was the first breakfast we ever had in AZ after moving here. At the time the staff wasn’t my favorite. I just came in today and was so pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet and helpful. When I asked for my dozen bagels to be cut, he was more than happy to oblige. The Sonoran is my son and husband’s favorite. I like the Arizona classic. My youngest likes the Wildcat sandwich. The poppy seed bagels are chock full of poppy seeds the way I like it.
