I was unbelievable thankful for Chef Rob. He was able to support me with only a few days notice on a holiday weekend for a meal for 50 people. He was amazingly communicative, the food was delicious, and he stayed within the budget that I had shared. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Rob and his team last week in Sunriver, OR. We had a group of 22 people (ages from 3-75) for a family reunion in the area and Chef Rob prepared breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and dessert onsite each day for the entire week.

The food was amazing and Chef Rob and his team were a pleasure to be around. We also really valued the flexibility in picking meals / times on a daily basis and the team went above in beyond throughout the week (arranged for a special birthday cake, mix of seated dinners + family style, etc) with excellent meals spanning a wide variety of cuisines. Also really value how personalized the service was as the team managed a number of allergies (dairy, Celiacs, etc) and were able to sort through food preferences for individuals in the group in short order.

The clean up and service could not have been better and the billing process was exactly as advertised from the initial conversation.

Will definitely work with Back to the tables again in the future!

Chef Rob catered a delicious rehearsal dinner for my family! He prepared an amazing meal that included a charcuterie board, Moroccan veggie flatbread, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, and grilled tri-tip with chimichurri. He was really communicative and easy to work with, and incorporated vegetarian and gluten-free options for our guests. I can't recommend Back to the Tables catering enough - thanks so much Chef Rob!
