If I could give this place ten stars I would. Amazing staff from check in till the very end. Everyone continues to be incredibly sweet, helpful and understanding. They are also very flexible and do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. Fully recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a chiropractic office.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. It’s a very helpful and welcoming experience, and all of the staff are so great. I’ve since moved to Anchorage, but continue to drive to Wasilla to be seen because it’s always been a great experience. They’ve helped me post injury and also to maintain good health. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic and massage care.

PATIENT AND VETERANS BEWARE!! I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wasilla Back and Neck Center. As a veteran, I anticipated a level of care and respect, but I encountered a blatant lack of both.

Appointment availability is a major issue—I had to wait over a month for my first visit, only to find that wait times for my appointment often stretched up to an hour past the allotted time. To make matters worse, the staff frequently canceled and changed my appointments without any notification, leaving me in the dark and frustrated. When I had to cancel myself, they showed no willingness to work with me, demonstrating a complete disregard for my situation.

The unprofessionalism was evident, and the inequity in treatment was shocking; it seemed like some patients received preferential treatment while others, like myself, were left waiting indefinitely. This lack of fairness is unacceptable and violates patients' rights to timely and equitable care.

When I finally saw a doctor, the experience was underwhelming, and I felt like my concerns were brushed aside. Overall, the treatment I received made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I cannot recommend this center to anyone looking for genuine support and respect.

I am thankful for discovering your office and the wonders of chiropractic medicine. The staff members are friendly, professional, and willing to help in any way they can to work with me and my schedule. I'd like to give a big shout out to Ken Meye for not only making me feel better physically but also emotionally. He provides excellent chiropractic care through adjustments, helpful exercises and how to stretch problem areas. What an absolute wonderful experience for my Dad Karl. They popped or realigned a rib and discomfort went away. His massage therapist worked around the areas of his back where he had surgeries. He has been in pain (hips, legs and lower back for several years) and his first treatment helped him sleep through the night for the first time in a long term me …without waking up with spasms, cramps and/or shooting pain. A group of highly trained, friendly and very patient oriented personnel (Dr to front desk personnel).

Amazing place! Everyone is so friendly here and they do such a great job. The masseuse Kaylee did a fantastic job getting my shoulder pain to subside. Dr. Mike is great at getting everything aligned properly. I highly recommend if you have any pain. Very intuitive and effective therapy.

Their admin team was ON TOP OF IT! and that’s just the layers of gratitude I have for this place…. I’ve been dealing with a lot of other health issues with just YEARS of unanswered questions… Dr. Ken found answers for everything in just 24 hours. I wanted to cry with relief! Not just the answers but the breakdown of EVERYTHING they are doing is 100% explained with full clarity. The facility is beyond accommodating and super clean.
