This is a wonderful place to spend an evening, make some new friends and play board games. They have a huge selection of board games and a diverse schedule for all other games like TRPGs, Poker, Cribbage and so on. If you're a solo player and don't have a group yet, you can easily find it via their Discord channel. Plus you can track there any events you may be interested in. The events can be either drop-in or requiring a sign-up.

Board Game clubs are as good as their community. And the community here is great and welcoming to newcomers. Owners - Jen and Chris - are onsite, and they are always ready to help. There is a good selection of snacks and a coffee/tea bar with tasty options. The menu always expands and tailors to the taste of the crowd.

I really recommend checking this place out if youre into tabletop gaming of any kind.

Really cool place to meet new people or just go with friends, hang out, and play some cards or board games. They have a huge selection of games to choose from and the staff is more than helpful. They have a nice Cafe area with all the basics like coffee, lattes, and snacks. It's only $10 per person and they had a deal for $16 if i remember correctly where you get a drink and a snack along with your day pass. If you like board games, cards, or DND type games, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The cafe is cozy with a variety drinks that are largely customizable from coffee to tea to sodas. The food is mostly light snacks such as popcorn, pastries and fries. They hold a number of events throughout the week that are welcoming to newcomers and don’t require reservations but with a broad spectrum of games for single to 10+ players for all ages it is a great way to meet people or spend a rainy day.

Back Again was such a cute board game cafe. It is so cozy and inviting making you feel like you can sit and play for hours. The cost of a "play pass" is ten dollars to play for the day (you can leave and come back) they have lots of snack options from pastries to chips/popcorn but you can also bring in your own food. The coffee was delicious (I had a dirty chai) and they use locally roasted Perkatory Beans. We will definitely return to try more of their 900+ board games!!

service by the kind staff was great. We had a young woman who helped my date and I find a game. she really took personal time to help and even helped us play the game right.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the games were in fairly good condition. Game pass was good. we were able to bring in coffees from another establishment but i am tempted to try theirs next time. great shop - highly recommend for some simple fun and light competition.

The owners, Jen and Chris, are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about running a board game cafe well. Rose is also a wonderful employee at the cafe. The events are great, there's a discord (link on their website) where they keep the events super up to date. People are friendly, come stop by! It's only $10 for a game pass to play any and all games you want. The cafe part is super reasonably priced too, great snacks and drinks to have while playing.

Whether you're a beginner or an expert with board games, they have a very impressive and huge selection.

Went here to play some board games with friends and have some tea and snacks. The service is great, the food and tea was tasty, and the atmosphere is amazing. There are a ton of Hobbit/LotR easter eggs throughout the cafe. They have board games you can play with friends and the game pass to play as many games as you want all day is only $10! Highly recommend stopping and spending a few hours if you are in or around Middletown.
