My husband and I stopped in to try Baby Shane’s and everything the we tasted was fantastic. Hubby had oxtails over rice with collards and field peas and I had pork chops with Mac n cheese, collards, and field peas. It was all great and we will be back! Thank you guys for your wonderful establishment! Service was so Friendly and Personable!

Because I had just ordered from another restaurant, my husband is the only who ordered from Baby Shane. I'm true couple fashion, I did taste his food of a smothered porkchop, rice/gravy and cornbread. He also tried the fried ribs.

Soul Food isn't my cup of tea, yet the corner picks with my fork I tasted were good. My husband said he enjoyed the food.

The new location is very homey. I love the showcase displays honoring African Americans! The owner was a lot more personable than the first time my husband visited the establishment. Perhaps he was having a bad day then, as this visit he was friendly, patient, and offered the back story on the name. Also the rest of the staff was welcoming.
My husband and I played a game of chess while waiting.

The only con is the price, which was a bit high. The meal was $29 and change. And $6 of that was for the ribs. There were two ribs for that price.

Our first time stopping by and we will for sure be back. Customer service is A+. The food is SO GOOD. I recommend the fried chicken and to go ahead and put some pepper sauce on it. 10/10. All my sides were great but the butter beans were my favorite. We can't wait to return and try some other dishes. The do have an app so you can order ahead. Give this place a shot!

We were on the road today, looking for local restaurants. So glad we found Baby Shane, not only did they go above and beyond to help us with a big order, IT IS DELICIOUS! I've never had fried ribs, they use some kind of seasoning, let's call it magic. The meat melts in your mouth, don't ruin it with BBQ sauce, it's taste stands alone. Just meeting Shane was worth going in, we love her vibrant personality. Almost forgot, the greens are as good as my grandma's!

Food was great, seasoned really well. All the staff make it very welcoming and they checked on us often. The owner came out and spoke with us a while, she's very sweet.
If you want a really good meal that taste like your grandma made it, this is the spot.

The food and service is good. They just don’t give you enough in portion. As good as the food is….I have made a choice not to return because it’s just not worth my money. But it is good. When they up the portions we will return.

I go here at least once a week. The food is top tier and the service alone will keep u coming back. Food is always made correct and it's always delicious. The staff is amazing. If you aren't eating here, you're missing out
