Chef Nate of AZ48 Catering did an absolutely amazing job for my retirement dinner. His food and service were 10 stars (out of 5!! ) and everyone raved about it. He brings everything from placements to silverware and dishes so we just had to set up tables and enjoy. Overall, an amazing and delicious experience!

I booked Chef Nate for a bachelorette dinner for 7 in Scottsdale. The booking process was easy and he and his team was very responsive. The meal was catered to our food sensitivities (thank you!!). Food was delicious and the cadence of the whole evening was flexible as one of our girl's flight got delayed - so the extra time was much appreciated! Chef Nate was punctual, professional, communicative and exactly what we were hoping to get for our wonderful night in. Can't think of a possible outcome than what we got. Thank you so much!

We worked with Chef Nate for my son’s rehearsal dinner. He was amazing. Responsive and flexible after we had to last minute pivot when our VRBO cancelled us calming a nervous momma 🤦🏽‍♀️. Food was fabulous. Everyone commented how delicious and we were eating leftovers a couple days later! Nate is a great guy who managed the kitchen so smoothly while our crowd milling about everyone loved him. 😊. Very fair pricing/value for our menu. Highly recommend Nate and AZ 48 Catering. Wish we had him in Maine.

This was the second time that we had Chef Nate in our home. We have now celebrated my husbands and my sons Birthday with AMAZING dinners from Chef Nate. First time we had the salmon and the second time we opted for ribeye as it is my son’s favorite. Both meals were DELICIOUS, from the appetizers to the dessert. He is a great chef and he has an amazing personality. He brings all his utensils and silverware and then picks up after himself when his done. But then, It is almost like you don’t want him to leave because you feel like he’s your friend 😂. We are definitely going to have him back, as he is now my go to for Birthday meal celebrations. I am sure that I will find many more reasons to celebrate just so I can have him back and have more of his delicious food. Do not hesitate to call him. You will not regret it.

Absolutely fantastic to work with, and the food served was outstanding. Chef Nate cooked for a small party of 25 people, and EVERYONE thoroughly enjoyed Nate's food presentation. I would highly recommend, and we will certainly be using Chef Nate again!
