Great service. Poor air conditioning units that go out and need servicing constantly (this is hotel wide). Internet sporadically goes out (use your phone hotspot or bring a jetpack mifi). The main hotel rooms are very small, so make sure to get a room next to the international students building (down the hill). Rooms are much bigger, laundry room is about 100 ft away, and the AC always works in these rooms.

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting for our son's graduation from basic training. Initially, we were pleased with the booking process, having reserved a room as soon as we learned of the graduation date. About a month later, I decided to add another room for a family member joining us. I even called a couple of weeks prior to confirm our reservations. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was only one room reserved for us, and the hotel was fully booked. After a long day of travel, this was certainly not the welcome we anticipated. Fortunately, the receptionist, Monica, handled the situation with remarkable grace. She explained that the hotel was experiencing a significant power outage which had affected their reservation system.To make up for the inconvenience, Monica generously upgraded us to a suite, which was meant to accommodate an additional person thanks to a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that the upgraded room did not have the promised pull-out sofa. This left us searching for yet another solution for sleeping arrangements, which was frustrating. Despite these setbacks, Monica's dedication to customer service was truly commendable. She went above and beyond by personally escorting us back and forth to ensure we could access our rooms during the power outage, even waiting up for us to return from dinner to let us in.
While our experience began with some hiccups, Monica's incredible support gave us a much-needed sense of comfort and care. Her efforts made our stay memorable, and we are grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Monica, for sprinkling your magic and making our visit as nice as possible under the circumstances!

Customer service is great and the rooms are relatively clean. It does get pretty dusty. Ice machines located on first, fourth-sixth floors. Laundry located on sixth floor and had about eight washers and dryers. All free☺️. There's also a small convenient store downstairs in case you need to purchase detergent, headache medicine, or snacks 24/7. See pics. House keeping works m-f until 5pm. They don't always make it to your room. 🤷‍♀️ Just saying. Nice folks, there's just not enough time. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Highly recommend.

I do believe these use to be military barracks at some point. That being said, they have done a great job updating all the rooms and there are lots of things to do nearby.

I would gladly stay again if I am passing through.

Hotel was having maintenance done during my 2 month stay and some annoyances were to be expected but Yeji was an outstanding help during my time, going above and beyond to help me with any problems i had. I could not be more appreciative

Small but nice and clean place. Fold out bed provided for our son.
Small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and Keurig.
Bedroom is separate from living room but only bathroom access is through the bedroom.

Disappointed with the "covid" breakfast. I understand they can't open the full buffet, but giving adults a .63oz bowl of cereal, a small orange, and a 2.25oz muffin is not substantial. The mini cans of juice, yogurt, and milk do not add substance to this scanty meal that barely qualifies as breakfast. The army breakfast boxes are more substantial than this. Everything pictured is what was offered, except for the coffee which I didn't get. Very nice hotel but don't expect too much from breakfast.
