First time at this place and it will not be the last. The young lady at the register was more focused on her cellphone but she still managed to take my order and answer my questions. Wings were prepared exactly the way I wanted. Philly cheesesteak had plenty of meat but they could put more cheese on it. Chicken fried rice was plentiful and delicious. There was so much food that I had enough for leftovers today(eating it as I type this review). I would recommend

Today was not their day I get there the ladies eating at the register..
Then I pay $10 for hibachi plate with no hibachi. I just got chicken breast covered and teriyaki. I went in to check my phone. She said food was ready. Food was ready. She was just too busy on her phone usually they have good food, but I’m telling you I don’t get no damn hibachi from that. It ain’t worth it.

Wings are good but be weary bringing kids in there. The cashiers were having a conversation and use very inappropriate language cursing very disrespectfully... not sure how management allows this in their establishment. They were on the phone and I had to say something to get acknowledged. Wow.... just wow. The wings are good and that's the only thing that makes me come here.

Ridiculously rude! Tried to order and she was very disrespectful. Please close this place down Lithonia- We DO deserve exceptional customer service! Definitely mentioning them at the next city meeting!!! And WILL report them to the BBB… They need to go! Cashier (Unique) said the “Boss’s) name is J (Jay Kim)… Please. Let’s demand better customer service from the companies we spend money with… Definitely reporting this!

I come here often, it's a cool late night spot I am not a fan tonight. Horrible service the young ladies are answering and hanging up the phones so u can't order them I drove up here jus to see who is working. I stood at the counter 5 minutes before either young lady looked up or put there personal phones down. Do better, hire better this is ridiculous. They not even busy. What's really going on today!

The customer service is horrible. The 2 young ladies where on they phones and one was outside with a car full of boys playing around. I should have turned around then. Cause she did not wash her hands upon return. The next issue is I ask for my wings to be fried crispy and they were not! The french fries tasted like they were cooked and cooled then recooked eww and they gave a very small portion for a 10pc meal with a can soda blew me! $14………. I will not be back!

I wanna try this place, but when I called yesterday, I had to make sure I dialed the right #, cause whomever answered that phone was very rude, I thought I dialed the wrong # cause she answered like I was bothering her. I didn't even bother to order anything, you lose customers by the service people receive, rather the food is good or not. I just spent my money @ Dairy Queen, @ least I knew I would enjoy it & my food is always good as well as the Customer Service. They're plenty of people that would like to work, please choose your employees wisely. It really would help your business much more.

Who ever the cooking was on Nov 6,2024 @ 9:07pm they wings was soo spectacular I didn't have any time to take a picture before I knew I didn't have any food. I order they shrimp fried rice in honey garlic pepper 15 hot, medium shrimp Fried rice
