Chef Jean-Philippe and his brigade de cuisine provided exceptional dishes, each of which was prepared, cooked, and served to perfection. Jean-Philippe not only provided the food, service, and coat check, but also the silverware, glassware, tablecloths, tables (rectangular + circle), chairs, etc. Whatever he couldn't provide he gave us a vendor we could rent or buy from (such as the tent as it was a Winter wedding). Everything arrived on time or a few days before and looked stunning. Jean-Philippe oversaw everything personally, from the planning to the deliveries, down to the finest detail (the texture of the napkins, for example). He was always professional, polite, and flexible with last-minute changes. On the day, every server and attendant was pleasant and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better vendor, but the real star was the food. There wasn't a single flaw with the taste, seasoning, temperature, done-ness of the meat, al-dente pasta etc. I cannot thank At Your Service enough for making my wedding a dream come true. You cannot go wrong with AYS Fine Food & Catering, they truly are at your beck and call and deliver on their promise of luxury and quality. Thank you Jean-Philippe and AYS for a day I'll never forget!

Chef Jean-Philippe and his team are the highest level of professionals. I recently hired him to prepare a 6 course dinner for 9 people + cocktail hors d'oeuvres for my 30th birthday, and he helped me come up with the perfect menu and thought of touches to make the evening a very special occasion (like adding 2 servers). Not only was the food outstanding (you have to try his scallops!), but his team also offered the highest level of service to make this a true fine dining occasion at home. We look forward to having him back for another special occasion.

We were lucky enough to have JP be our chef for a small family 50th birthday dinner. I was worried about the size of our kit and how close it was to the dining area but it worked beautifully. Such a gracious and interesting man who went beyond the extra in each detail. Fantastic food and he really made the ambience. We were and still are very grateful for a most memorable evening.

I had the pleasure of working with JP and his team not once but twice! Once for our elopement and again for our big wedding celebration with all of our friends and family. Both times we were overjoyed with the service and spectacular food! If you are looking for an amazing customized chef experience I recommend JP enough!

We hired Chef Jean-Philippe and his team for a small dinner party and it was brilliantly accomplished!! The food was amazing, especially the Chilean sea bass, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. We will definitely utilize this wonderful catering again!!

We hired At Your Service/Chef Jean-philippe for multiple private events and it was amazing and well appreciated by our guests each time. Chef Jean-Philipe is very accommodating, well-priced and well versed on a variety of cuisine including Mediterranean, His food is delicious, and he runs a very professional and clean operations.
Do not miss his "Buche de Noel", a typical Xmas dessert very popular in France. Very unique and special.
I can't recommend At Your Service enough!
