I had a lovely experience at the Ashley store in New Philadelphia. My sales associate, Louis, helped me find a mattress that was everything I wanted, but still fit my budget. While I was checking out, the other staff I spoke with were incredibly kind as well. I never once felt pushed to purchase something I didn’t want, which is something I’ve had experience with at other stores, and I don’t like. I will be sure to return for future purchases.
