My family has been customers here for decades and the staff is always friendly and amazing, but maybe it’s cuz of the economy or whatever but the loan lady Maria when we’ve applied for loans her answer is the underwriting dept won’t do it but we can try she’s never positive or hopeful about anything.

Atm is broken more than it works. Even the nice new atm is broken. What's the point in even having it when people have to go over to America first or mountain America and then back to smiths

Ascent has been wonderful to work with. I usually visit the North Ogden branch and everyone there is always kind and efficient. I recently worked with Maria for a loan. She was PHENOMENAL!! Maria took the time to learn about me, my situation and found a product that helps me get to my goal desired. She was compassionate, understanding, willing to listen and explore different options and in the end find a great loan for my needs. I absolutely recommend Ascent, I have been a member for over 10 years and will continue. I love the small town atmosphere and attention.

Do not use this credit union! They have been so difficult to work with. Andy at the main branch was terrible to work with. It took him over a month to get back to me. Their communication is poor and lack of professionalism from this credit union is astounding. So many reasons I could list here on why you should not use them but I will spare you the details. Do yourself a favor and just don't use this credit union.

The online banking system is very helpful so you don't have to go to the bank to transfer money from savings to checking. You don"t have to go to the bank to see whats in your account.
