Such a delight after our disappointing hotel in Tucson. Peaceful, quiet, pet friendly (although we weren't traveling with one), and spotless. We can't say enough positive things about our stay.

Each morning, we asked to extend our visit another day, which is the ultimate compliment. The room was spacious and could have slept 5. So relaxing and enjoyable. The bedding was so wonderful that my daughter wanted to buy it!

But it was the staff that topped our ratings. Everyone was gracious and nice. Austin on the night desk helped me when my online reservation didn't seem to go through and again when we checked in. The manager was wonderful and so was the woman manning the front desk during the day. We plan to return and stay longer!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! As budget travelers, we are mostly looking for breakfast included, a pool, and value for the money. The property is clean and well-maintained. The pool is heated to 85 degrees even in the winter! We saw many people enjoying the fire pit by the pool. There is a full hot breakfast available every day with some nice additions like whipped cream, gingerbread granola for the yogurt, and toppings for the eggs. Location was great with ample parking. Great job Arroyo Pinion!

The hotel exceeded out expectations. We were a group of 10 people - 4 rooms very close to each other The rooms were great and clean, beds very comfortable. A nice patio outside our rooms where we gathered together. Breakfast room was very nice and very clean. The staff was wonderful and made our stay even greater. In particular, Vishal, Michael, David and Jonielle. We occupied a back room in the dining area every evening for games and family time when it was too cold to sit by the fire outside. Location was good. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful hotel. Was there for my sister and brother-in-law’s 60th anniversary. There were 10 of us in total - rooms close to each other. Mine was awesome, with a jacuzzi tub that I, unfortunately, didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Best part was the awesome staff who were so accommodating, especially letting us use the back room every evening for our family to celebrate. Have to post the one evening that we set outside by the fire.

We spent two nights at the Arroyo Pinion Hotel in early October. The hotel is located at the south end of Sedona, away from the crowds in downtown, and a short drive from the north entrance to Red Rock State Park.||Our room was on the far end of the ground floor. It was small, but adequate. Facilities were more than adequate, including refrigerator and microwave. Good shower. Parking was easy. It was quiet, except for the elephants in the room above. Fortunately, they moved out after the first night.||The Arroyo has a beautiful outdoor pool, and a fire pit. Breakfast was outstanding, with good choices, including a yogurt machine and a selection of toppings. We ate breakfast at the edge of the pool, as the outside temperature in the morning was relatively cool. We never had a chance to use the exercise facilities, as we came back each night exhausted from hiking in the unseasonal heat.||The Arroyo is close to many restaurants, as well as Safeway and Whole Foods supermarkets, so you definitely won't starve while you're there.||The best thing about the Arroyo, though, was the staff, especially Jonielle and her son, Austin. Wonderful, friendly, and very helpful folks, and they made our stay very special.||The Arroyo Pinion Hotel is definitely going to be our go-to hotel on our next trip to Sedona. We hope that the weather will be just a bit cooler!

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and accessible. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Easy access to the hotel. I like the looks of the hotel, blends in with the surroundings very well. Will be staying again when back in town.

This was our first time in Sedona, and we were really happy to arrive at a Choice hotel. However, we were surprised to experience rude treatment from the person who checked us in; he was very harsh and disrespectful. He asked for my identification and referred to it and its expiration date in a derogatory manner as if it truly made a difference. I believe there are people who know how to treat customers, and he definitely did not. At least not us... It was our 18th anniversary, and we wanted to see if there was a possibility for a room upgrade, but he didn’t even give us the confidence to look for something special; we knew it would be a no. As for the room, everything was fine, but on the second day, we were parked outside, which made us a bit uneasy, but nothing happened. It would be a lie to say that we won’t return to hotels in this chain because my family and I love their service, but we definitely will not return here unless we know that this gentleman is no longer there.

Staff were really helpful and at their desks to assist. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Breakfast was definitely awesome, not just basic but protein-rich. I would definitely recommend it.
