I'm sure at one point this was a great home but it's obvious they've let it go.

Good :

Nice location
Good room layouts
Nicely decorated

Needs improvement :

Supplied dishes and utensils are poor. Make sure to bring your own spatula, can opener, etc. Tons of glasses but very little in the form of bowls. Honestly just prepare to bring your own cooking utensils.

Wifi is pathetic. They say attach to both but obviously they are not network engineers. Password only works for one network which pulls about 10mbps down. TVs get zero bandwidth so can't watch TV. Reset network does nothing. They need to hire someone to set up everything. Don't plan on doing any work or watching any TV etc.

AC doesn't work. No matter what it's set on it just blows air. Temperature doesn't matter.

The Blackstone doesn't work
Back grill is non functional

Again, owners need to put some TLC into the home and bring it up to the other homes around.
