We stayed here for 3 nights and were here for New Year’s Eve. The hotel is huge and has great amenities. The gym was great and we dined at MacArthur’s a few times and got coffee in the mornings at Cup & Cone. The service was excellent and they were super responsive and helpful. We stayed in the Ocatillo wing and our room was modern and also super quiet. We slept really well each night and the room had great black out shades. Easy location for anything you’d want to access in the area. Close to ASU and also State Farm Stadium. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

This historic property is well worth the stay. Great amenities, rooms, very well staffed. I’d say it’s a solid 4.5 star property. We stayed in a one bedroom with living room which was nice. ||The citrus club is an excellent investment. You basically get breakfast, lunch, heavy snacks for dinner, unlimited drinks. Great lounge space as well!

The Arizona Biltmore is simply put beautiful. I have stayed there previously and knew it would be the perfect place to have an elevated bridal weekend. It truly did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful and well appointed. You simply cannot go wrong with a stay at the AZ Biltmore. ||Booking a room that has access to the Citrus Club is an absolute must. The way Anthony, Peyton, and Jose took care of us was simply phenomenal. They were so friendly and charming. They were probably one of the most fun parts of the trip! The rotating snacks and light bites as well as a fully stocked bar were top notch. I would say the vibe of the Citrus Club is what you want to make it. When we wanted a quiet and relaxing breakfast, that was reflected. When we wanted to be slightly rowdier to celebrate the bride, we were able to do so. The fire pits and s’mores kits were a fun little treat on our last night. 10/10 would stay again!

We stayed here for the Fiesta Bowl and New Year’s Day. It was wonderful. We got in late Monday night and headed to the outside bar for a beer to unwind. I was informed that last called was 10 minutes prior. However Pete and Frankie bent over backwards for us. My two boys loved how they were treated. Like gold!! I can’t tell you enough how wonderful this hotel and especially Pete made us feel. I don’t give reviews often, so when I do I mean it. The rooms were great, the service was exceptional, the pool was so much fun and the food was outstanding! Please visit the bar and ask for Pete or Frankie and tell them I said hi! Mike from Philly. Spent a lovely few days at the Arizona Biltmore in November 2024. The grounds, staff, amenities are all lovely. I cannot say enough about the customer service from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff to the cleaning staff to the grounds staff to the spa and gym; they all are true customer service professionals. The cleaning staff were some of the best we've experienced lately in an area that seems to be slipping at other resorts. I've read some reviews that the spa staff are chilly, but I experienced only a welcoming atmosphere on what was a very stressful day for many people. And I will forever remember yoga classes with Vicki -- her ability to connect with guests who she will only meet once or twice is a true gift. Even our son was entertained by all the pools and was able to use the gym, and he's a teen so very little impresses him. We did upgrade to a patio with a fire pit, which gave us some room to spread out and to especially enjoy a few relaxing evenings. Truly a special place.

This hotel is amazing! The history of the hotel alone is a reason to come but the service is second to none. They truly want their guests to have an unforgettable time. It’s been a long time since I’ve had service like this from a hotel. I definitely recommend you book here!

An exceptional resort hotel in the luxury class.
The restaurants are very good. The rooms are fantastic and very spacious.
The pools with the slides are especially popular with children.
The only negative in the hotel is that some of the staff are not as friendly as you would expect from an LXR hotel.

This resort was stunning. A little bit difficult to spot at first, and parking is a bit away from the rooms. Besides that, the rooms are gorgeous, service when needed was quick, the pool areas were awesome. The gym on site was compact but accommodating. Lovely view of mountains and palm trees. And centrally located for shopping and eating. Amazing experience. Definitely recommend.
