Yes it was an expensive but inexcusable, and the service regarding the substandard quality what happened laughable had I not been scared for my safety in the fire risks in this place!!! The lamps attached to the walls in lieu of nightstand lamps, none of them worked! Literally two outlets between the bedroom and bathroom were functioning, and nobody working there seemed to care at all, nor did the roaches who shared our room with us!

Well, as the other reviews: basic. Dated. It looked clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls thin enough to hear neighbors enjoying each other intimately. Cracks under the door/maybe ventilation so that you can smell people smoking cigarettes/marijuana in this "no smoking" facility. Towels like thin sand paper. A 2:00 potty call revealed at least 6 roaches, thus, I slept with the light on the rest of the night. And obviously not soundly... On the flip side, the bed was comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. There was no blow dryer in my bathroom because the outlet in the bathroom was not working. So the maintenance man bought me a blow dryer. I had to use in the bedroom without a mirror. Don't worry, I looked okay after doing it blindly. All this for $74 and change a night. You get what you pay for, right?

The entrance is nicely renovated, don't let that make your decision. I was told the room was non refundable when booked, and I asked would there be a reason why I would want a refund? And I asked the rooms are clean right? That's my biggest concern and she said no the rooms are clean. So ok we are good, I start to walk down the hall and start noticing hallways are not renovated and floors are not clean. Several places where stuff was dripped on floor and not clean, and it wasn't fresh these were all dried. The room had 2 beds, the floors were dirty, I didn't take my shoes off. The room was patched up and painted with somewhat of a renovated look if you call it that. There was a live roach bug on the wall that we killed, after getting in for the night. The beds were uncomfortable and had to request clean sheets, the ones on beds looked like they were slept on already and even had stains on one of them. Just gross, wasn't what I thought we were getting by how nice the front was. Definitely would not go back!

First thing i noticed in the hotel was how dirty/muddy the elevator floor was(1st pic). first thing i noticed in my room was dirty floor with dead bugs (2nd pic) then the towels were dirty too! (3rd pic). wifi frequently asks you to reconnect. Hallways have a loud echo, and there is this uncomfortably large gap under all the doors.(4th pic) Biggest issue was feeling unsafe the entire time. wont ever come back. DO NOT STAY HERE. Housekeeping replaced my dirty towel with another dirty towel

The staff is friendly and accommodating to my night shift schedule. The room could stand a deep cleaning between guests, but was acceptable.
I was towards the back of the hallway and was not awakened by guests or staff in the hallways.
The room is fairly spacious and had seating for tv viewing. Also a table for eating.
I will stay here again as it is a good value.

I checked into your hotel on 10/09/2021, and rented 2 rooms (rooms 130 & 131). Neither of the rooms were clean, just NASTY. I needed somewhere CLEAN to rest for the night. There were ROACHES and BUGS, sheets and the top cover was FILTHY and had STAINS. The bathroom had soap scum, table and tray on the table had not been washed, the refrigerator and microwave was NASTY and had not been washed. The floor had been swept, there was TRASH on the floor in between the nightstand and the bed. ||||I went to the front desk to request for CLEAN linen. She gave me a set of DINGY sheets. I went into a panic attack, my chest started hurting. I just couldn't take being there any longer. I had to leave. I would like a full refund for both of my rooms. I was not there more than 20 mins before letting the lady at the front desk know that I just could not stay in those conditions. The hotel was NASTY and staff were not presentable either. The young lady that checked us in was clean, sad to say the appearance of the others was not. The maintenance man in room 109 smelled like alcohol, he should NOT be the one that comes out to assist customers.||||I am a travel agent and would never allow my clients to stay in any place like this. I have contacted the BBB and the Health Inspectors.

I must say since the change its nor3 than I expected they have a pool now which I didn't get to use but was clean. The bedding is very old but I brought my own. The room was clean however bathroom could have been scrubbed better but considering how it was before its 100 times better. I do suggest may be adding some sort of ratty as there is no food places nearby and no bus line near by which is weird. But all in all I enjoyed the stay inexpensive and decent

The room was very dirty, the sheets on the bed were from the previous occupants dirty, the toilet had hair, urine and dirt on it, the bath towels had dirt marks on them looked like someone already used them and they folded and placed them back on the towel rack. The hall to the rooms dirty.The lobby is clean and welcoming but the women that work the front desk........act like it's your fault their life socks. They have very nasty attitudes, they shouldn't be working in customer service at all.
