We were invited by Family, who are members of Holiday Inn Vaca and Apple Mountain Resort and Golf Course is beautiful! Lovely, clean manicured grounds. Beautifully designed accommodations. Quiet place for the family. Bunch of free stuff for the kiddos( putt putt, crafting area, small movie theater, and other games). The staff didn't call when my apartment was ready so I could get in early. ( I had little ones wanted to get everything in before they arrived, but didn't happen). Staff didn't seem happy or pleasent at all.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful facility and had an amazing experience. The staff was so kind and helpful. The day we checked in, they had a tornado touch down and power and Internet had been out. They went out of their way to accommodate their guests in a kind and professional manner.
We stayed in one of the villas. We loved it so much. It was like a little home away from home. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with plenty of amenities.
The resort offered more things to do than we had time to enjoy, but we did play a round of putt -putt and enjoyed the course.
The resort is not far from downtown Clarksville which has several lovely restaurants.
We are so grateful to the staff of Apple Mountain Resort for making our New Year's getaway so special.

Our stay was because one of our daughters was getting married at Toccoa Fall College and we wanted to be together as families, so after they gave us rooms together they separated us and we didn't have rooms next to each other. Anyway, in general it was fine. We had a pleasant stay overall.
The front desk girl, Phallon, was very friendly and her customer service skills were excellent. She was always texting us to see if we needed anything and/or how we were doing. (Holiday Inn should take her up on that to train others in that area).
The exterior looks great, like a resort, but the inside needs an update. Especially the Jacuzzi system, which was not my best impression. The cleaning of the Jacuzzi jets also needs to be improved asap. It was very dirty. The room was generally clean. The sofas, beds, and towels were all clean. We also found everything clean in the kitchen. The area around the entrance and the stairs were also clean. Something we had problems with was that there were not enough hooks to hang towels.
We really liked that the resort is quiet, except for the tenants upstairs who seemed to be playing soccer running from corner to corner (building C, room 27).
We visited the town of Helen Toccoa Fall and obviously Clarkesville, the icream store Scoop was very good and excellent prices. If you like the countryside this is a good place to stay.

Lovely setting. The suites where we stayed could have the furniture cleaned and the outside of the building needed a good cleaning. Great golfing, Love Helen , Georgia snd the other other small town nearby. Good local restaurants.

Great round of golf. Course in great shape. Greens pretty good. Still rocovering from aeration. But over all great course. First time playing this course. 👍👍

Pros: Nice place that is in a good location and good rooms. The golf course across the street is fun as well. I really enjoyed all of the activities such as mini golf and they have a disc golf course as well. They give free rental equipment to use whenever. They also have a nice cafe with pretty good food if you don't want to go out to eat.

Cons: I wish they would have shades or curtains for the bedroom windows as the rooms face the parking lots with bright lights and blinds are not able to keep light out. I also wish the pool was open. It was April and over 80 degrees every day we were there but not able to use it. It would be nice if they opened the pool a little earlier in the season.

Golf course is in excellent shape. Greens are running fast and true. Fun place to play.
