Everything was good, especially the staff (very friendly and kind), except the shower drain in my room would overflow and flood the bathroom every time we showered. It was a pain but we were only there for a few days, so just used up a lot of towels. No crying over spilled milk!

We arrived @ 4:20 pm. When we tried to check in, we were told that our room was not ready & it would be an hour wait. Check in is after 4. The staff was not sympathetic to our situation & basically didn't really care that we were being inconvenienced.

The next day, I left a note for house keeping asking for extra towels & wash clothes. None were left, the bed wasn't made & the room was very dusty. Even the floor looked like it had not been swept.

My wife went to the Starbucks @ the Casino entrance. She got there @ 7 am, when it was supposed to open. She waited till 7:30 & it still wasn't open.

There was lots of yelling, screaming & slamming doors late into the night.

Was definitely not worth the money. We will never stay if the area again.

Came into town for a family members Army graduation. Not much to do around the area, except hit the Casino. But, it is in a convenient location, clean rooms, food nearby and just 10 minutes from Fort Sill.

Outstanding location for relaxation and fun. We stayed here while we attended our son's basic training graduation. Highly recommend!

On our driving trip home, we spent the night here because the casino in non smoking. | Our hotel room was nice and comfortable.|| Now for the casino experience. Nice casino, variety of machines, all non smoking. We signed up for player's cards and received some free play, you play more, you receive more free play, that's great!. We all played, I had fun, wasn't winning a lot but holding my own. The casino was having drawings for $500 free play. My mom's name was called, she's 83, has COPD and uses a walker. To make a long story short, my mom made her way to the player's club and was denied the free play because she didn't get there in time. The club employee had no emotion, no smile, nothing. I couldn't believe the lack of emotion from this gal. Of course we were disappointed, it was $500 free play!| Next morning, I go to player's club to see if they would take off money for our room. Oh no, you have to earn 600 points, which you did, but you have to claim it the night before. So we lost out on a comped room also. I also told her the story of not getting the free play the night before and she told me if it was her or her supervisor they would have probably given it to my mom. | Disappointment at the casino. || The grill food was edible but not that great. Coffee bar's espresso machine was broken in the morning.

Hotel was clean, quiet. Casino was OK. Unfortunately it was a Monday night so very few table games open and their main restaurant was closed. Overall good experience would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here. We were in town for business and I found a bed bug in my room so we checked out early from a 3 night stay. Still have not even been able to get refunded.

Rooms are general, nothing special . Good table options for games and poker room . Slots are hit and miss . Lacks floor waitress/ cocktail waitresses. Which is lame. Restaurant is Ok . The specials are where it's at. The new Chef isn't that great but it's not from lack of effort , it's just not that good for what it should be . Great location, safest part of town. Always moderately busy unless it's really bad weather.
