We were able to get a last minute Valentine’s Day reservation here and the food was AMAZING! I got the lamb and substituted one of the side for risotto & they went perfectly together! Our server’s name was Sadie and she was so sweet she helped me figure out what substitution i wanted and it truly was a 10/10. For dessert we got the tres leches and it was great as well. The portions are perfect and my bf had some leftover seafood rice too ( which was also a 10/10). Perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day, highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel attached to this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. Upon arriving, a server politely told us, “I’ll be with you shortly,” but then disappeared for 20 minutes. Eventually, we approached another server who informed us that reservations were required and helped us get one. If we hadn’t asked, we might have waited until closing time without being seated.

The management seems disorganized. The person at the entrance said one server would handle us, but a different one came to take our order. After our order was taken, the first server returned, confused, and tried to take our order again.

On the bright side, the food was excellent! The chef’s fusion dishes are creative and delicious. However, the portions are incredibly small, so this isn’t the place to come if you’re hungry—think of it as a tasting experience rather than a full meal.

Service was fast once the order was in, which was a nice touch, but the overall coordination and guest experience could use a lot of improvement.

We enjoyed the wonderful views and convenience to the hotel. My wife enjoyed the yogurt parfait. The eggs i had were cooked perfectly, the potatoes wedges were ok, nothing special. The sausage tasted delicious and more like a sweet itialian sausage. But the bacon tasted odd, almost rancid.

Great find near the base of Zion Park. Elegant layout, great customer service.
We ordered 3 dishes:
1. Bone-in pork chop was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, flavorful. The sides also tastes like they were made with culinary expertise.
2. Beef ramen was tasty, the beef & noodles were good and the broth had a nice citrusy kick to it, however the marinated egg was way too salty & my sis didn’t like the citrusy take on the broth.
3. The strip steak was ordered medium, it was okay/mid, good crust, the sauce was too salty.

We enjoyed a quiet breakfast at Añu and would definitely recommend the cappuccino and steak & eggs. The coffee was so rich in flavor and the steak was cooked to perfection. The chairs are comfy and the view is extraordinary.

Love the place. It’s like a year old. The fried rice with pork belly was delicious. The lomo saltado was also quite delicious. The Zion brown beer aired great with my fried rice for me. Wish I could stay here longer to enjoy their food.
Highly recommend coming here.
The entire decor is aesthetically pleasing and pleasant. The staff and service are good, attentive and fast.
It’s got a unique decor with a log cabin feel and thick logs covered in translucent glass as decorative pieces.

We had an exceptional late-night dining experience at this restaurant, finding ourselves among the few patrons at that hour we were looking forward to the menu. The short rib was tender and flavorful, while the chicken offered a harmonious blend of innovative flavors. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and the hint of lime complemented the pork belly beautifully. The staff was great and very attentive, contributing to an overall 10 out of 10 experience. We were so immersed in the moment that we forgot about our phones for a few hours and didn’t capture photos of the incredible food. But that’s a mark of a great restaurant in my book. I will definitely be back.

Anu is a new restaurant located inside Hotel DeNovo. Food is presented well and tastes good. We had "beef" Ramen, Shrimp Spaghetti, Beet Salad and to finish off our experience- Tres Leches.

Service is very attentive. I would highly recommend visiting Anu to enhance your experiences while visiting Zions.
