This was a lovely and very comfortable Bed & Breakfast. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Surprise snacks in the mini fridge along with tea, coffee, water and wine. Something for everyone to nosh.

Beautiful 2 room B&B, home made breakfasts were gorgeous. The hosts Helen and Rob were very friendly and welcoming, with some great local advice for places to visit, where to eat and things to do. The room we had was very comfortable and felt like a home from home, for an English couple visiting the U.S.A. There was even a sitting room for guests to use. At an unbelievable price point we could not have wished for anything else for our 3 night stay. We will be back if we get back to visiting this area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

My husband and I just enjoyed a delightful one night stay here. We needed a room that was close enough to Springfield for an event and we found this gem! Upon arrival, we were immediately welcomed by the host who gave us a tour. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved admiring all of the antique pieces and odes to England. The stay was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Something we noticed right away was the overall cleanliness of the home, which is extremely important to us. In the morning, we enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast complete with a hot cup of tea. This was our first experience with a true bed and breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. If you’re tossing between staying at a boring, cookie cutter hotel or a unique and cozy bed and breakfast, choose this! We wish that we had another opportunity to visit again. Thank you Helen for a wonderful experience!

This is a real find. Very cute with a pleasant atmosphere. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful historic building with charming decorations and a delicious breakfast. Room was quiet at night and mattress was comfortable. Not really walkable to anything but still worth the stay. Will stay again.

A unique and very thoughtfully put together concept. Family was very hospitable and made the experience feel special. Very clean and cozy. The artwork displayed throughout the property is incredible — what’s even more amazing is that it is the work of the owners themselves. Now for the breakfast — the last time I had an English breakfast like that was in England itself! Looking forward to the next stay!

I had a wonderful stay here. The space is comfortable and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed seeing the artwork on the walls created by Rob. In the morning, Helen served a full English breakfast that was absolutely delicious.
