WOW!!! We hired Mat with Ansley’s Table and were impressed from the very start! He and his assistant were so accommodating when we were trying to come up with our menu for our company’s dinner party. We had an employee with a special diet and he made a special creation for her. The evening was a hit! We felt so pampered and the food and service was impeccable! Several of our guests said that that meal was the best they have EVER had! I’d agree! We are food connoisseurs and this dinner was up in the top 5 of our favorites. Having a private chef is new to us but we would highly recommend Mat and his team to anyone looking for something special and we will have him back again in our home!

Incredible!! Every aspect from design concept to execution was outstanding.

We hosted a murder mystery dinner and wanted the food to coordinate with the theme of the night. Mat and his team created a delicious menu and was careful to accommodate both dairy and gluten free.

Highly recommend and cannot wait to have Ansley Table again!

An incredible night with Mat Meyer and his team of Ansley Table. I've known Mat for years when he started his Chef journey and could not be more proud of where his skills have taken him. After being with Mat at the 1st dinner to raise money for the House of Refuge, Inc., it was incredible to WIN the raffle for this luxury dinner! I've not had a better steak, EVER. If you're looking for a caterer, Contact Ansley Table! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mat for one of the best evenings IN, ever. 😉

Chef Mat prepared a glorious meal for us, for a special event that we hosted in our home. Seafood cioppino was amazing !!! Shanel presented us with wonderful cocktail creations and wine pairings. The personal service was over the top. in between each course the chef would explain the preparation method for each dish he was serving next.
truly, a culinary masterpiece.
