We’re SO glad they are back. We’ve missed this place for years since they closed in Turlock. It’s so wonderful to have them still fairly close in Hughson. We will be regular customers once again. Everything is delicious . Vegetable Combo is a great way to have all their scrumptious fried veggies. Coleslaw is good, not too sweet. Fish, shrimp and chicken are excellent!

Excellent Fish and Chips we don’t have many of these in the Area. It looks like they will start selling beer soon too. Me, my wife have eaten here a couple times now the Fish is hot and crispy and not very greasy. I have tried the chicken strips they are decent they would be fantastic if they were batters in the same fashion as the fish. All in all though a good little place.

Excellent food! We got out of the car and immediately could smell it and my mother n law and I looked at eachother and said yep, thus is gunna be good! Huge portions. The batter is light and crunchy. The fish and shrimp fried to perfection. We have definitely found our new lunch spot! 😋

I'm going to have to be brutally honest in this review. I found this establishment to be a little underwhelming. The shrimp was the best part of the experience. I was very disappointed that you have to buy TAP water for $2. Maybe if it was bottled water, I could justify it. Thumbs down for that. The chips were just regular frozen fries. Not great at all I have say. As soon as I walked in, I stepped in something super sticky which was pretty much the whole floor. Not sure if I'd come back to this place. Sorry for the harsh review, but that was my 1st impression.

Really great fish and chips. Served nice and hot, very crispy batter and great, tender, tasty fish. Highly recommended. We also added onion rings that were really good. 😋

The best fish and chips you can buy. The serving size is good and the prices are reasonable. The fish is tasty and the shrimp is amazing. The staff is friendly and i would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic fish and chips.

They’ve been open a week and I’ve been here 3 times. Fish is delicious, the flavor is great, and add their house made tartar sauce it’s absolutely delicious. I’ve had their shrimp, onion rings, chips, mushrooms, and zucchini as sides. Absolutely delicious. For sure try the zucchini and mushrooms, they’re my favorite so far. The fish isn’t fishy, it’s perfect. Awesome pub vibes, family owned restaurant. Spoke with the owner, seems like beer and wine is right around the corner, so I’ll be here to watch my games. Him and his family were wonderful and hospitable. I’m planning on coming here for the foreseeable future.

It is obvious that many haven’t experienced real Fish Chips joints. It is casual dining & you go for Fish. Agree chips aren’t special but oh my the fish is addictive perfect large pieces of fish. So happy to find the perfect fish. Thank you..
